Update**Fully vaccinated hosts** In a prime location in the NE Mission Arts district of San Francisco, this is an airy 1200 sq. ft Daylight studio space with breathtaking views over the Mission, Twin Peaks and downtown. We have excellent fresh air flow (ceiling extraction fan, Dyson Hot/Cool air purifying fans) and window/door access to the adjacent deck. By day, you're surrounded by inspiring artwork and high ceilings with abundant natural light. In the evening, you'll see the sparkling lights of the entire Mission through two-story high glass windows, and step out onto the deck for some fresh air. Due to liability issues, there is no equipment set up allowed on the deck. Clients find this beautiful studio an ideal space for video and photography production. As an artist’s retreat it has some bohemian flair but can also be staged as modern or industrial. All furniture* and paintings seen in the pictures can be moved, or can be removed. Two large passenger elevators are available for flat load-in through the front door from the street and on-street parking is available for vans and trucks if requested. **COVID-19 Protocols: We are a low-traffic space, specializing in infrequent, executive level team meetings, workshops and shootsThe current maximum number of people is 12 to comply with current social/physical distancing guidelines. (Normal max is 28 seated at tables). We will exceed CDC issued guidelines for extra sanitization, safety and distancing requirements. Masks/face coverings are required in hallways and bathroom spaces ( they are not required inside the space - please use discretion. Please ensure your team washes hands upon entering. Hand sanitizer is available on site. Any person with symptoms of, or recently tested for COVID-19 is not allowed in the building. Please ask about current food delivery instructions and restrictions. We are happy to answer any questions at all - just reach out** Your meeting or event can be configured as you request. We currently do not allow advance scouting visits, *large cupboard in kitchen and kitchen furniture cannot be moved. Wow, this is an amazing studio/gallery, and it felt so special to get access to it for our 10-person day-long team off-site! It felt really nice, but also down-to-earth and comfortable. It had good options of places to sit, a great kitchen area for snacks and tea, and the patio for meals and breaks. So nice and recommended!

I cannot say enough good things about Peggy and her gorgeous space!! We hosted a leadership retreat in the loft and each attendee was awed by the space—going so far as canceling the group's original dinner plans to instead order food in and stay at Peggy's space longer. The loft is inspiring (Peggy is a gifted painter and her walls are adorned with her incredible pieces), uplifting, and well appointed. We didn't lack for any resource as Peggy had already considered what a guest might need, including various cords to connect with the monitor. Peggy is just the loveliest! So responsive and accommodating—going out of her way to help me during the event and ensure it's wild success. I truly appreciated that she setup the space beforehand based on our needs for seating configuration. I cannot recommend Peggy's stunning space enough and can tell you with absolute certainty that we plan to return again. :) Thank you, Peggy!!

Great space - was perfect for our off site! Peggy is super responsive and friendly, always offered to help with things. One thing to note - you can only use the deck for short breaks. Not for meetings/team building activities/ work. However, the space is very well ventilated with big windows. Would definitely book again!
