About the Space

A semi-secluded two bedroom, one bath 1966 Bungalow on 6 acres. In Yucca Valley (Flamingo Heights) nestled between Joshua Tree and Pioneertown. The interior of the '66 Bungalow is decorated with stylish curated furniture + decor with a Cali Vintage vibe. Vast windows wrap around the Living & Dining Rooms flooding the space w/ natural light & desert views for days. The exterior grounds are filled with Joshua Trees, Cholla Cactus and many other natural inhabitants. Desert surrounding the home are in their raw natural form, untouched. The views from the space, take your eye for miles and miles. There are two metal sheds that have a bit of a Desert Rustic vibe. One shed is used for a Bar for events, the other is off limits. A lighted pergola adjacent to the back patio is perfect for food serving & dessert station. There is an overlook clearing with a large enough radius for dining & dancing for up to 50 persons, that includes Bistro Lighting with unobstructed views of the natural Desert landscape. Ceremony is typically held in the Valley below, amongst the Joshua Trees. Soon, there will be a 1963 Aristocrat Landliner RV Trailer that has been revamped with curated decor, for possible Grooms Room. Additional Fees may apply. There are many opportunities for photos in and out of the home.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Yes, I would book again.

Rainy & Oscar are super helpful and oscar help me fixed my car when it broke down awesome people really nice and very professional . the space is amazing lots of places to shoot would definitely come back.
