Kitchen Facilities: Non-commercial, basic small kitchen on site. Tables & Chairs: limited number provided with packages, not included in rental fee. **Restrooms: 1 full bathrooms for up to 5 people ONLY, over 5 guests MUST rent portable restrooms. ** AV/Meeting Equipment: BYO DJ/Music: BYO Parking: up to 4 cars on site, 1 - 2 Box Trucks, larger events require possible shuttle service to roadside parking. Outdoor Night Lighting: Natural Light, Solar Lights, Bistro Lighting in certain areas. View: Desert & Mountains Restrictions: Alcohol: BYO w/license, NO Alcohol Shots. Fire: not allowed Smoking: not allowed in interior. Music: No amplified music, Music ends at 10pm for Friday and Saturday, 9 pm Mon. -Thurs. Wheelchair Access: yes, within the house. Insurance: required - Guests must provide additional insurance of liability and COI's for all Vendors Guest is responsible for any damages in the house. No animals allowed on property unless they are service animals and/or used in the shooting of a scene (then placed on a leash)! Trash must be taken out at the end of your booking and taken to an outdoor dumpster on your own. If your party includes children, client agrees to assume full responsibility and liability for safety of the children. Photography: Client agrees to allow location to use photography/videography from their shoot or wedding taken either by photographer/videographer they hire, or taken by others, on our website and for other promotional means. *Fines may be issued for noise violations. *Only the registered guest(s) with their permitted number of attendees are allowed to be on site (property). please contact us to co-ordinate parking All roads are PRIVATE roads!
