About the Space
Our cove has a full ceiling return and is equipped with 12.5' clearance and a 20' x 20' truss. The shooting area measures 25' x 53’ and our second shooting area has a 13' ceiling and measures 16' x 25'. - 3-phase 100 amp power - Large roll up door for vehicle access - Conference room with a live HDSDI feed and monitor - A/C - Wi-Fi - Free Parking - Lounge Area - Full Kitchen (No oven) - Make-up/dressing room - Restrooms Our stage is ideal for: Film, photography, TV, commercials, automotive, green screen, interviews, corporate videos and product shoots. We have an extensive inventory of cameras, lighting, grip and electrical equipment available with optional rental packages. The hourly rate includes the studio rental and expendables. Additional costs for staff and specialty equipment to be priced separately. Catering services available for an additional fee. Around Town: Restaurants, shops and a major mall within 5 miles. Airport/Hotels are within a 5 mile radius. Equipment rental houses nearby. The client is responsible for any damages caused to the property. Any damage caused to the "seamless cove" will be charged a minimum of $500 repair charge. Any use of glitter will be charged an additional $100 cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
