CLEANUP & TRASH: Everything goes, nothing stays. All décor, personal items, equipment and rentals must be removed from the venue by the end of the contracted time.We are not responsible for any property left on the premises. Client / event staff is responsible for trash removal throughout event. All trash must be double-bagged and taken to the dumpster onsite. If the dumpster reaches full capacity, client is responsible for organizing the removal of trash by the contracted out time. No broken glass is to be disposed of in trash bags, but should be placed in a cardboard box labeled “broken glass” and placed next to the dumpster for safety purposes. Any overflow of trash or un-removed items will result in additional charges to the client. It is the client’s and hired vendors’ responsibility to ensure that the space is left in equal or better condition than at the beginning of the contracted time. HOUSE SOUND SYSTEM / DJ POLICIES: The DJ or live band must sign the house rules and be approved by us at least (30) days prior to the event. It is required for the DJ or band to check in with the site manager prior to setting up equipment. We are equipped with house speakers, but additional audio equipment is allowed with approval from site manager at least (30) days prior to event date. DJ is allowed to play music up to 1 hour prior to the contracted out time, but the audio volume is always left to the discretion of the site manager. No amplified music in outside/deck area. DÉCOR: Glitter and confetti are strictly prohibited, and no décor with dye (such as crepe paper) that may stain the floors or furniture may be used. No nailing, screwing, taping or tacking is allowed anywhere in the studio. We must approve all décor plans ahead of time, and the site manager has final authority over all décor and furniture placement on the day of. CANDLES: All wax candles must be in an enclosed glass container at least 3” wide by 5” tall. Any candle wax that is spilled must be cleaned up prior to departure. EVENT INSURANCE: Client and any & all vendors must submit the appropriate certificate of insurance to site manager at least (30) days prior to event date. Client’s personal certificate of insurance must include personal liability and host liquor liability with limits not less than $1M per occurrence. We do not require a certain $ amount for the deductible, nor do we require coverage for other things (including, but not limited to) cancellation/postponement, jewelry, gifts, loss of deposits, etc. These are optional items that you can cover if you wish. Vendor certificates must demonstrate general liability with limits not less than $1M per occurrence and liquor liability (if serving alcohol) with limits not less than $1M per occurrence. Vendors must provide proof of worker’s compensation insurance.
Fun and open space that was great for the event we had. The hosts were very communicative and informative about the venue and its amenities. Would definitely book again.
Ego was a terrific host and was available for all questions prior to and during the day of my meeting. I held a 10 person training and the space was perfect and a nice change from a typical hotel conference room. The location was perfect in relation to the airport since I had people traveling in and out in the same day.
