Originally built in 1914 by two brothers as a coffee roasting facility, the Warehouse is now a private photo/film production studio and event space. Recently renovated, great care was taken to maintain the charm and classic New York aesthetic while adding comforting amenities and services. We have two rooms that, when combined, equal 5000 square feet. The rustic hardwood floors, steel casement windows, frosted safety glass, distressed brick walls all around, and other curious aspects have made the Warehouse a welcomed spot for people looking for a non-traditional event venue. Studio Amenties: * Lounge furniture and select photo props * Small private room for changing * Coat racks and hangers for 150 coats * Separate men's and women's rest rooms * Loading dock with elevator * Brand new kitchen with range, micro, fridge * Studio controlled spiral duct heat/ac * 5G high speed internet * PA system* Standard business hours for events are 10am to midnight. Hours outside of that can be arranged depending on venue availability. Getting to us Located in the up and coming Sunset Park / Industry City area of Brooklyn, we’re five blocks from the 36th Street stop in the D and N/R trains. That's 4 stops from Union Square. There’s also ample local parking if you want to drive. *Some items like equipment, PA, chairs, etc may require additional fees.

Schuyler S. booked a wedding reception for 175 people
We had to cancel this booking due to the pandemic, so we haven't held out event in Geoffrey's space yet. When we toured it in person, the space was beautiful and as-advertised on the site. We're hoping to hold our rescheduled event in the space this year.

I have to say, we couldn't have asked for a better host and space for our event. Geoffrey was communicative and flexible through the whole process and helped ensure that things ran smoothly during our reception held at Warehouse Studios with the multitude of vendors involved. He communicated upfront the different ways that he suggested we could organize the place and accommodated our needs for the space to make our event happen. He was hospitable in letting us revisit the space to meet with events vendors in the planning process and was always willing to answer questions we had. He gave us excellent recommendations of vendors to use and was open to anyone we chose to work with us. The space is absolutely beautiful and the pictures accurately depict what the space looks like. Note that dancing and loud music are restricted to the small room attached to the larger hall which was initially a challenge. However, the small room ended up having a perfect smaller feel to make the dance floor more intimate and guests enjoyed the separation between the two rooms for those who wanted to rest and chill out. The main space is beautiful and has the rustic feel we were looking for when we were first looking around. Overall, this place is great for wedding receptions and provides stock furniture to help customize to your needs for your event. Would recommend this place 100% and thank you Geoffrey for having us!

perfectly fine
Meredith B. booked a production for 20 people
We had a great shoot here and it was our home for four straight days. The space is extremely large and has a lot of different areas and side rooms to easily and comfortably fit all our crew, clients and talent. The location managers were super easy, flexible and happy to help!

We loved having our daughter's bat mitzvah at Warehouse Studios! Geoff was so accommodating and easy to work with through the whole process, letting us come see the space a couple of times and testing out the projector before the event. The space worked beautifully for our purposes, where we could flow back and forth between the two rooms for the ceremony, dinner, and dancing. The painted brick rooms looked great and the view to the river at sunset was stunning. We rented the ping pong table, which was a plus. All in all an excellent event, helped by working with a host who is so friendly and low-key.
Thank you, we're on it!
