Beautiful Natural Light Downtown Los Angeles Arts District Photo Studio with Cyc

Free onsite parking, Free street parking

Street parking is easy and free with no restrictions. Occasional LA Film Permits will take it over but will be notified in advance.

-The studio has 12' tall windows that stretch 18ft along the camera right side of the CYC. -There is also an equivalent size window bank along the client/wardrobe area of the loft -These windows are North facing and retain a soft diffused look. -All windows have full blackout curtains -Softest light is from the morning into the afternoon, and in the summer direct light eventually shines across the windows in the late afternoon/evening.

-The street adjacent to the studio is a relatively busy industrial street with semi trucks that may affect audio recording occasionally. -Our full Air system for cooling and heating does create noise and can be turned off at any time

Ground Floor, Stairs

-We have a parking space in the lot that can be accessed if needed. This space backs up directly to the 4 stair walk up to the ground floor. -Available are 2 rubbermaid carts that can be used for transporting EQ down the hallway to the unit.

Make-up Area & Lounge

-Two small rooms along the gallery hallway into the space are off-limits during the shoot. Equipment use only. -There is an office along the CYC that is also reserved for studio employees only.

-The CYC has 4 X 25amp circuits. 2 on each side of the CYC in a 4 gang box. -The make up area has power, as well as the client/wardrobe area which share the same 20amp box. -Circuit breaker is the in the hallway of the unit.

-We just ask that you leave the space as you found it! -All rentals include set up and clean up time -No Smoking -Furniture can only be moved upon request We have a full Grip and Lighting kit as well. If you have any equipment requests, please send us a message.

-They can be moved and removed from the wall, but they cannot leave the building.
