GUESTS IN THE SPACE *No "general admittance" events allowed, you must know who is going to be present. *Multiple people cycling in and out during the evening is not allowed. CATERING *Outside catering is welcome and may be order through email@example.com *Low amounts of alcohol permitted RESTRICTIONS: *Alcohol consumption must remain within the space. *Loitering outside in the halls or in front of the premises is prohibited. *The house sound system must be used for music, no outside sound systems allowed. *The street door must remain closed. **Banners, signs, or other postings are not allowed on outside of building nor in common entry and hallways of building. *No nails, screws, staples, tape or gummed backed materials may be used to attach or affix anything to the furniture, walls, or building. *No glitter or confetti of any kind is allowed on site. *No sparklers, Roman candles, or fire producing gags or effects. *No face painting, hand paints, stains, or other similar activity allowed. *No dogs, sorry INSURANCE: Additional Event Insurance may be required and may be obtained through Eventhelper.com. Beautiful space! Darrell was an amazing host, and went above and beyond to help our event be successful. The space is much bigger than I imagined, and it was a perfect layout for a conference -- we hosted large group presentations using the projector for slides, and broke into small discussion groups, all in the same space. It was perfectly adaptable and the windows are gorgeous. We had a perfect time there, and clean up was easy and straightforward. I would recommend this space and definitely use it again! Thanks to Darrell for all his help and the use of his beautiful space.
This space was fabulous. It was consistent with the photos and incredibly easy to find and access. Great for lighting purposes and filming. Darrell was a wonderful host and made sure that we had all we need to successfully film our music video. 3 days in the space and zero complaints. Thank you Darrell for your support and for hosting us with so much consistency and kindness!
A great spot for this years santa mini sessions! Darrell was super responsive and professional. His space has great light and white walls which were both super important. I also really appreciated that there is plenty of parking on weekends, and the loading and unloading process was very easy since was great since theres a garage with an elevator and 3 carts for your items. Also, getting multiple clients upstairs was very easy! A huge plus!
