GUESTS IN THE SPACE *No "general admittance" events allowed, you must know who is going to be present. *Multiple people cycling in and out during the evening is not allowed. CATERING *Outside catering is welcome and may be order through firstname.lastname@example.org *Low amounts of alcohol permitted RESTRICTIONS: *Alcohol consumption must remain within the space. *Loitering outside in the halls or in front of the premises is prohibited. *The house sound system must be used for music, no outside sound systems allowed. *The street door must remain closed. **Banners, signs, or other postings are not allowed on outside of building nor in common entry and hallways of building. *No nails, screws, staples, tape or gummed backed materials may be used to attach or affix anything to the furniture, walls, or building. *No glitter or confetti of any kind is allowed on site. *No sparklers, Roman candles, or fire producing gags or effects. *No face painting, hand paints, stains, or other similar activity allowed. INSURANCE: Additional Event Insurance may be required and may be obtained through Eventhelper.com. Please list the host as additional insured. EARLY DROP OFFS & LATE PICKUPS *Early equipment drop-offs outside booking hours require $50.00 per scheduled appointment. *Storage of items outside booking hours may result in additional costs. This space is SUPER awesome for any natural light photographer! Getting in is easy, the space is clean and well organized and communicating with Darrell was delightful. Highly recommend this space!
Working with Darrell was the easiest thing to do. He's very quick with his responses and super helpful with any questions I had and even setting up the equipment. We loved the space. Neat and clean with an amazing natural light. It fit was perfect for our photoshoot.
