GUESTS IN THE SPACE *No "general admittance" events allowed, you must know who is going to be present. *Multiple people cycling in and out during the evening is not allowed. CATERING *Outside catering is welcome and may be order through firstname.lastname@example.org *Low amounts of alcohol permitted RESTRICTIONS: *Alcohol consumption must remain within the space. *Loitering outside in the halls or in front of the premises is prohibited. *The house sound system must be used for music, no outside sound systems allowed. *The street door must remain closed. **Banners, signs, or other postings are not allowed on outside of building nor in common entry and hallways of building. *No nails, screws, staples, tape or gummed backed materials may be used to attach or affix anything to the furniture, walls, or building. *No glitter or confetti of any kind is allowed on site. *No sparklers, Roman candles, or fire producing gags or effects. *No face painting, hand paints, stains, or other similar activity allowed. INSURANCE: Additional Event Insurance may be required and may be obtained through Eventhelper.com. Please list the host as additional insured. EARLY DROP OFFS & LATE PICKUPS *Early equipment drop-offs outside booking hours require $50.00 per scheduled appointment. *Storage of items outside booking hours may result in additional costs. Darrell was a great host. He was prompt and friendly. I had a scheduling snafu and he was accommodating and stayed calm throughout. The space is bright, a lot of natural light. It’s clean and stocked with equipment and a nice kitchen. Great experience, thank you Darrell!
Darrell was super quick to respond and accommodate my booking request. The space was in excellent condition and great for studio photography and video production. Awesome location and really helpful that there are stands and equipment available to use in the space too.
Darrell was a great host! He arrived on time, showed us the space, and then let us go to work. Will certainly consider doing more work in his studio again. We used it for a photoshoot but I could also imagine doing a video shoot there as well!
The space was great and perfect for our group presentation. There was a handy cart that was useful for brining in extra chairs and a fridge for water. Darrel was responsive and a great host. Thanks for a smooth transaction.
