- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Darrell's space was the perfect spot for our baby shower. We loved the light brought in through the windows, the equipped kitchen, the bounty of chairs, and the convenient bathroom. Getting into the space wasn't too challenging for guests, if they followed the step-by-step instructions. Darrell is a good communicator and efficient at welcoming you and giving the walkthrough.

This was a great venue for my birthday party! We had a popsicle stick bridge building competition and there were great tables and chairs and big white boards. The kitchen also had everything we needed! Would definitely recommend!! Very easy process!

Darrell was a great host -- attentive and helpful in answering my teams' questions at check-in. He showed us the space and the gear available to us. Something to note -- we mistakenly thought studio lights were included, but the space does have equipment to support your own studio lighting. Darrell was hands on in rolling and unrolling the backdrop. He helped place tape and moved any equipment that may be needed. It was neat to be able to control unlocking and locking doors yourself remotely. Music is played through Bluetooth so you do not need to bring your own speakers. There’s a couch and kitchen area. One gender neutral bathroom is also within the studio. Great place for natural lighting, otherwise be sure to bring your own studio lights.
