About the Space
This stylish home has a clean contemporary look with elements of modern glamour. It has light hardwood floors, high ceilings in the living/dining/kitchen area, lots of windows that fill the room with natural light, high french doors that open to an outdoor space which has a table that seats six, a gas fire pit surrounded by a conversational sectional in a nice yard. The house was built in 2016, has 2109 square feet plus a very large balcony. It has 4 bedrooms (baby room, home office, guest bedroom and master bedroom) and 3 1/2 baths. On the ground floor, there is an open kitchen and living room with a modern aesthetic which is great for photography, music videos, commercial shoots, creative projects, etc. Kitchen, dining, living, bathrooms, master bedroom are available for shooting during your booking. The big mirror in the dining area can easily be taken down and be replaced with a painting. The home office, which is perfect for a client bay area, must be pre-approved by the owner. Because this is our home, there may be slight variations between the listing's pictures and the house. If there is any major change, we will update the photos. Slight variations may include rugs, throw pillows, a chair, etc... If there is something specific you are wanting to make sure is still in place, don't hesitate to ask. PARKING There is space for 3 cars in the garage and driveway and we can get five permits for street parking. There's also free parking on two streets, just a block up.

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This space was even more spacious and beautiful in person! It was very clean and bright, just as described, perfect for filming. Caroline and her husband were wonderful hosts. They were very accommodating and helpful for all of our set rearranging needs. Definitely recommend!

Had such a great experience filming at Caroline's home. They made everything smooth for us with load and in and load out. They're place is incredible to film at, with a lot of natural light. Would highly recommend using their space for any filming or photography needs. Thank you!

We shot a product demo video in this home, for a full day. Jimmy and Caroline were responsive and incredibly easy to work with. The space was beautiful, clean, so well designed. We had enough room for our crew to stay comfortable and out of the way between scenes. And, to my surprise, the parking wasn't a headache either. Our hosts were able to get us guest spots for street and it was completely painless. We would be happy to book this location again, if the opportunity arose.
