The screening room space can be set up in a number of configurations to accommodate your group. The large flat screen TV has HDMI connection perfect for a presentation or debuting visual work. The space is next to a pantry room/ common area and outdoor terrace. There is more than enough room to set up snacks, drinks, and even have a bartender. We think you'll find good use for this creative and inviting space! Capacity: Seated capacity (theater style) - 50 Seated capacity (banquet style) - 24 Standing capacity - 100 The Screening room is 18'8" x 15'.4" with 10.5" ceilings The conference table area is 20'.9" x 10'.9". The bar and sofa area is 19'.8" x 19'.3" *We cannot host birthday parties, weddings, baby or bridal showers and all guests must be over 18 (if student based event - minimum age of 16). We recently held an event at 21 W46th Street for 60 people. The space was absolutely fantastic and everyone who attended spoke very highly of it. It easily accommodated the numbers that we needed, without being too big. It felt the perfect size even before everyone arrived. The room for the presentation was ideal and the AV equipment worked brilliantly. We had outside catering come in and everything was set up in advance for them so we encountered no issues. I met with Karen beforehand to go through our set up plans and she was incredibly accommodating. Karen was on hand to help out before and after the event, which was much appreciated. We would definitely use this space again and recommend to others. The only negative is the $150 fee to set up some chairs, which I would have happily done myself. Otherwise, great value for the quality of the space.
