About the Space
The screening room space can be set up in a number of configurations to accommodate your group. The large flat screen TV has HDMI connection perfect for a presentation or debuting visual work. The space is next to a pantry room/ common area and outdoor terrace. There is more than enough room to set up snacks, drinks, and even have a bartender. We think you'll find good use for this creative and inviting space! Capacity: Seated capacity (theater style) - 50 Seated capacity (banquet style) - 24 Standing capacity - 100 The Screening room is 18'8" x 15'.4" with 10.5" ceilings The conference table area is 20'.9" x 10'.9". The bar and sofa area is 19'.8" x 19'.3" *We cannot host birthday parties, weddings, baby or bridal showers and all guests must be over 18 (if student based event - minimum age of 16). Weekend events subject to availability and special pricing.*

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves

We hosted a corporate panel + networking event and it couldn't have gone better. I was planning from out of state and the on-site team were incredible - answering all of my questions leading up to the event and providing suggestions. Our host during the actual event was super attentive and helpful as well! The space is gorgeous and provides a few areas for mingling. If we host another event in NY, we'll definitely utilize the space/building again.

Erin was a super awesome host. She was so easy to communicate with, the team was really flexible and the space was perfect for our event. I hope to return again in the future for work events. I would highly recommend this space.

We had a great time hosting our event in this space! It was chic and functional. As well as easily accessible by NYCs trains/subway. Katy, Erin, and the rest of their team were super helpful and accommodating. They made sure we had everything we needed. We'll definitely return for future events!

We recently hosted a corporate event at this venue and were blown away by the amazing space. The venue was able to comfortably accommodate our group of 30 people with plenty of room to spare. One of the standout features was the outdoor patio, which added an extra element of excitement to our event and provided a great space for our guests to mingle and network. The venue also had a large screen available for us to share our product demo, which was incredibly helpful in showcasing our offerings to the group. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at this venue and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and accommodating space for their event.
