The large flat screen TV has HDMI connection perfect for a presentation or debuting visual work. The space is next to a pantry room/ common area and outdoor terrace. There is more than enough room to set up snacks, drinks, and even have a bartender. We think you'll find good use for this creative and inviting space! The bar and sofa area is 19'.8" x 19'.3" *We cannot host birthday parties, weddings, baby or bridal showers and all guests must be over 18 (if student based event - minimum age of 16). Weekend events subject to availability and special pricing.*
- Reservation time frame must include time needed for set up and clean up. All music and alcohol service must be stopped 30 minutes prior to end of reservation. Clean up entails everything in trash bags/ cans or removed from site- we will handle trash bag removal. - Event must end strictly at the time specified. We reserve the right to restrict access or charge 1.5 x prorated hourly rate if this is not adhered to. - Guests may bring in their own food or alcohol- please label well for delivery. - We do have some furniture on site that is usable and we can arrange special set ups, subject to a charge- ask for details or if you have any questions! - Please do not bring more people that stated in reservation - if so, reservation is subject to cancellation with no refund, as it may effect the quality of the event or put too much wear on our space. We may also cancel event if loud and disruptive noise is made during the day, as it is inappropriate for a work environment. - We are happy to set up technology and connect devices to our TV screen. I had a company holiday party. The host Karen is very nice, and responsive and helpful from the beginning to the finish. The space is gorgeous, and the staff made sure I had everything I needed for the event. It was a pleasure working with them and having my event there!
Wonderful space for a nonprofit fundraising event. We had appetizers and drinks while showing videos throughout the night. They provided the space as expected and Karen was on hand and very helpful the full night as well as available and responsive in the lead up as well. Certainly recommended.
Great place, we liked it a lot. And so did our guests. I would recommend this place for corporate event, and private party. Karen is very nice and support us with all she can. I look forward to working with her again.
Maybe with split budget or increased budget next year- turned out a little pricey at the end for all the add- ons taking me well over budget but it was the catering charge. And charge to move furniture in hindsight I would have told my team to do themselves. all said, Beautiful venue.
From booking through cleaning up after the event, Karen was a great help! This space is a great gem for events. The layout was prefect for our corporate presentation and provided an awesome alternative to the standard hotel conference space. Recommended!
