Hospitality is about creating a personal experience, We've dedicated our brownstone to being the ultimate place to create-in, host events-in, produce-in, dine-in, write-in, dance-in, direct-in, party-in, perform music in, and art gallery showings...the hosting possibilities are endless in our venue. Rustic brick walls & incredibly moving art, combined with warm yet industrial finishes decorate our very-New York mansion, which can host up to 75 people- but the space is also very accommodating for small intimate gatherings. Our entire brownstone can be used for events- which includes large, open living room, new stainless steel kitchen, two full baths, music venue, private backyard, and on-site parking spot! The parking spot is part of front gated entrance, and is large enough to accommodate food trucks and we would be happy to put you in touch with local catering & food truck options! PLEASE NOTE that our space is incredibly flexible and functional- so all art, furniture, ect seen in pictures can be moved and stored within 2-hours if needed. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
