Suite 704A is the first suite in the space near the receptionist, and with the walls not being too thick, it is very easy to hear people on the other side of the wall, and vice versa. That being said, accessing the building and checking in with the receptionist was simple. The space was clean and had a power strip next to the desk, along with an ethernet jack. The host did not respond to my request to see if there was an ethernet cable at the space, so bring your own. But the wi-fi felt fast and was enough to have a virtual meeting without issue. I did not meet with the host, but with a receptionist. This is a great place if you're looking for someplace on a budget, but may not be for you if you're going to be discussing the 11 secret herbs and spices your Kentucky-themed fast-food fried chicken company uses. (spoiler alert, it's garlic salt, white pepper, ginger, paprika, dried mustard, black pepper, celery salt, oregano, basil, thyme, and salt) There was also this weird thing where the receptionist asked if I knew how to close the space, which was confusing because I was given no detail about that. It appeared like my reservation went over business hours, but the receptionist stayed until I left and I felt bad if I made the receptionist stay over-time to close the space.
