About the Space
Our Library is a blend of marble, reclaimed wood and iron, impressive book cases, old word billiards lighting and expansive 10' foot custom table creating a warm backdrop for a variety of events. This versatile space is the ideal venue for your next intimate dinner, business meeting, corporate workshop or event. Custom made barn wood doors enclose the space to ensure privacy and comfort. The Library accommodates 8 - 12 people depending on your type of event. The Library is equipped with a 46" Smart TV with Internet and web features; wireless keyboard/mouse, and a printer and computer. Rental includes: • Onsite Front House Manager • Use of space between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm • Exclusive use of the Library space • Meeting set up / take down • Access to Smart television with connectivity for presentation • Complimentary Wi-Fi • Cleaning Fee

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
