A perfect spot for your meeting (indoor/outdoor), holiday lunch, or cocktail party! We are available for events 7AM-10PM every day of the week. Weekend rentals include the assistance of our event planner and the entire heritage garden, the Carriage House, the Main House, and the Tea House. The Carriage House is a historic building located on the grounds of a 2 1/2 acre garden and estate near downtown Palo Alto. This room can accommodate 25-50 guests, depending on the desired room setup. Since these improvements were made, we have SNR of above 40dB. ADD-ON SPACES & CHAIRS Guests can add-on additional spaces and chairs. Please review the images in the photography section. *Main House Library - $75/hr (2-hr minimum) Patio doors provide access to this unique, bright, airy space located in the main house. 20 Seated | Theater Style 12 Seated | Conference Table *Tea House & Patio - $75/hr (2-hr minimum) This single-room building is located in the middle of the garden and offers an additional 170 sqft of meeting or entertaining space. It is a perfect add-on spot for breakfast, lunch or happy hour. 12 Seated | Conference Table *Chiavari Chairs These lovely chardonnay-toned chairs are perfect for a seated wedding, reception or meal. We had our wedding rehearsal dinner and wedding here at Gamble and it was an absolute dream. Gabriel made it easy to plan everything we needed and the venue was in full bloom and did not need much for decoration. We received so many compliments on the day of and I would recommend to anyone planning an event here to not hesitate and just book!

Sara was super easy to work with. She responded to my requests quickly. The space was perfect for what I needed it for. There are multiple areas on the grounds that are beautiful for taking photos. Overall, I had an excellent experience!

This was the perfect venue for our team offsite. Our host Sarah made sure everything was ready for the group and helped us plan contingencies for weather. We had a wonderful outdoor/indoor setup for our team to collaborate together and in breakout groups. It is very close to downtown Palo Alto so food delivery was a breeze. Sarah was also very responsive to any texts throughout the day (I was remote, not at the venue) to receive our food and drinks. Overall, a beautiful space with an amazing host and we will definitely be back again!!
