A perfect spot for your meeting (indoor/outdoor), holiday lunch, or cocktail party! We are available for events 7AM-10PM every day of the week. Weekend rentals include the assistance of our event planner and the entire heritage garden, the Carriage House, the Main House, and the Tea House. The Carriage House is a historic building located on the grounds of a 2 1/2 acre garden and estate near downtown Palo Alto. This room can accommodate 25-50 guests, depending on the desired room setup. Since these improvements were made, we have SNR of above 40dB. ADD-ON SPACES & CHAIRS Guests can add-on additional spaces and chairs. Please review the images in the photography section. *Main House Library - $75/hr (2-hr minimum) Patio doors provide access to this unique, bright, airy space located in the main house. 20 Seated | Theater Style 12 Seated | Conference Table *Tea House & Patio - $75/hr (2-hr minimum) This single-room building is located in the middle of the garden and offers an additional 170 sqft of meeting or entertaining space. It is a perfect add-on spot for breakfast, lunch or happy hour. 12 Seated | Conference Table *Chiavari Chairs These lovely chardonnay-toned chairs are perfect for a seated wedding, reception or meal. We had an all-day offsite meeting for 18 people. Space was great and Mica was very helpful before the meeting and day of the meeting. Very helpful to have the kitchen attached to keep beverages and snacks throughout the day. Would definitely consider this venue for another offsite.

This is a great venue, perfect for our team of 16. The room is air conditioned, there is a large white board, screen/projectors for presentations & a small kitchen off to the side. We opened the doors for fresh air, it was a beautiful day and was quiet. We had access to extra tables and chairs to move outside for lunch. Mica was super easy to work with and very flexible. We will use this venue again!
