Weekend rentals include the assistance of our event planner and the entire heritage garden, the Carriage House, the Main House, and the Tea House. The Carriage House is a historic building located on the grounds of a 2 1/2 acre garden and estate near downtown Palo Alto. This room can accommodate 25-50 guests, depending on the desired room setup. Since these improvements were made, we have SNR of above 40dB. ADD-ON SPACES & CHAIRS Guests can add-on additional spaces and chairs. Please review the images in the photography section. *Main House Library - $75/hr (2-hr minimum) Patio doors provide access to this unique, bright, airy space located in the main house. 20 Seated | Theater Style 12 Seated | Conference Table *Tea House & Patio - $75/hr (2-hr minimum) This single-room building is located in the middle of the garden and offers an additional 170 sqft of meeting or entertaining space. It is a perfect add-on spot for breakfast, lunch or happy hour. 12 Seated | Conference Table *Chiavari Chairs These lovely chardonnay-toned chairs are perfect for a seated wedding, reception or meal. The carriage house was a great setting for our training session for 30. Sarah was super helpful and very responsive. The garden is a delightful setting to host an event and it was convenient to have ample free parking. Would definitely use the space again.

This location was perfect! The space presents so well, and it was perfect for our information session. Sarah was fantastic at communicating with us beforehand about how we'd like the space arranged, and everything was set up and ready to go when we arrived! Sarah also met us in person to check in and make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely use the space for another event in the future!

This was a beautiful and clean space. We used the carriage house for our meeting and loved all the natural lighting. Our lunch was right outside the tea house which was surrounded by beautiful gardens. A great place to get away from the office and have a meeting. Sarah was very responsive and easy to work with. She was also very helpful with some of our last minute requests. We will be using this space again, hopefully in the near future.

I booked this place because of all the wonderful reviews I read. The place is beautiful but the host was very off that day, probably wasn't a good day for her so we had a bad experience not getting the assistance our group needed.

The space was in such a beautiful area- really enjoyed having our group there. The projector and screen worked wonderful, and space was just big enough for our group of 30. Only issue was the internet connection- it seemed to not be able to handle the high volume use during our breaks. Other than that- a lovely spot!

Gamble Gardens was the perfect space for my group of 35 for a mystery game and buffet dinner. The inside of the house has such a neat vibe and it was really perfect for theme. You get a lot of space for your money and I highly recommend this after dark with all the gardens lit up - so pretty. Sarah and Gabrielle were a pleasure to work with and many local caterers have been there, so everything went without a hitch. Will definitely go back!
