*PLEASE NOTE: All daytime bookings must end by 4PM. We hold many private events starting prep at 5PM. If there is not another private event, guests may keep the space private for the additional hourly rate to be added to booking total. If there are other spaces available, host is also happy to move guests into another non-private space to further enjoy the atmosphere and any additional food or drink purchases. CATERING *We recommend catering through our list of preferred providers. *Catering through Peerspace is also recommended *Self catering is permitted, host must receive details prior to booking date. Any alcohol must be served with a license. RESTRICTIONS: • No nails, screws, staples, tape or gummed backed materials may be used to attach or affix anything to the furniture, walls, or building. • No glitter or confetti of any kind is allowed on site. • No sparklers, Roman candles, or fire producing gags or effects. • No face painting, hand paints, stains, or other similar activity allowed. EARLY DROP OFFS & LATE PICKUPS: Early drop offs of equipment outside normal booking hours will require a $50.00 per scheduled appointment. Sarah was very responsive and the space met and exceeded our expectations. We utilized this space for our engineering meetings. The surroundings are beautiful, well maintained!! We definitely would love to go back and hold meetings here again.
Best kept secret for a beautiful meeting space in Palo Alto / the Valley in general. The garden setting is tranquil and relaxing. The historic home and gardens are an ideal setting. Sarah and staff went above and beyond to be accommodating and wonderful. I can't recommend this place highly enough!
The grounds are beautiful and the room was the perfect size and set-up for our group of 20 people. It did get a little stuffy, but there are 2 ceiling fans and you could open the doors onto the patio. When we had an issue with the HDMI input, Sarah the event manager was quick to resolve it so we could start our workshop on time.
We enjoyed the venue. It is perfect for an offsite. Sarah helped with everything that we needed. My only complaint was the internet connection. It was slow, and we couldn't connect at the same time. Sarah, it would be great if you could provide a stronger connection.
Working with Sarah in booking the Carriage House meeting space was a pleasure. She was responsive and very accommodating with all of my/my team's requests. Would definitely recommend this space to anyone looking for a beautiful venue to hold an off-site at. My team had nothing but nice things to say about their experience.
We love hosting our professional development workshops at Gamble Gardens. The staff is great and the environment perfect for our business purposes.
