About the Space
Photoshoots are priced at $375 per hour for 3 hours minimum. Price for film shoots is $625 per hour for 8 hours minimum. This unique 2000 + sq. ft space offers so much diversity with it's 25 foot ceilings, open floor plans, sky lights, loft areas, an incredible appointment of old foundry art, and a history that embraces all who enter the space. The space (the Studio as we like to call it) has been used for photography shoots, film shoots, and film interviews. As this was a former foundry, the building is equipped with commercial/industrial electricity, etc The building was rescued from ruin in 1979 and has been lovingly restored by your Hungarian host and renowned photographer Clara.

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.

We just concluded a successful launch event at Clara’s loft and couldn’t have had a better experience. The interior is extremely unique and impressive with loft ceilings and a unique blend of old world, East meets Western aesthetic and artifacts that the owner has collected over the years. We received a lot of compliments on the location. Clara was very warm and gracious and the venue helper Albee was so proactive, efficient, and easy to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful space for future events

The space was as expected form the photos and description provided, and Clara had on site help for the day of our production to make sure everything ran smoothly. We used the space for a digital lifestyle video ad for a lineup of new watches that will be releasing in Spring 2023. Would highly recommend Clara and this amazingly unique space. An incredible experience! We rented the space for a photo shoot and it was truly perfection. The vibe, the decor, the magical light, all amazing. Everything about it was unique and so cozy. What truly made the experience spectacular was Alby, the location manager. He was super professional, unbelievably helpful. Always reachable and quick with response. Alby made us always feel like we were in good hands. We are very excited to come back to this location. And also excited to work with Alby again!
