All guests must be 21+ to enter the venue. No smoking indoors. We have a leave no trace policy. The space must look as it did when you arrive, otherwise a $200 cleaning fee will be applied.

Amazing as always!! Sarah and the team are phenomenal, I highly recommend. Very accommodating, communicative, flexible, nice, they deal very well with stress and any surprises that arise. Everyone loved the venue and I couldn't be happier!
This space is beautiful, private, and clean and Sarah is an excellent host! We hosted a 2-day company offsite with ~35 employees from around the world and there was plenty of space for breakout sessions and presentations. We had all the resources to be productive, but the space didn't feel like we were at "work" which is what I was going for. The sound system was great and you can play your own music during down time. The only negative I can think of is the wifi was slow if there were more than 15 users at once. Everyone was really impressed overall and I'd love to hold another event here in the future!

We held a company event for about 70 people at Monroe from 6-9pm on a Thursday. The attendees loved the space, and the entire staff was helpful. Sarah was such a fantastic partner in the planning process, making my life easier by recommending caterers and musicians, and offering advice on how to set up the event. We loved the option of being able to name our own signature drinks, and guests being able to hand off belongings to the coat check staff member right after walking in was a great touch. All in all - a fantastic experience!
Sarah was very easy to work with. Within 24 hours of contacting her we were already doing a walk-through of the space and had confirmed it. She helped us find a vendor in budget and provided a DJ and security. The event was also possible because they have an internal liability waiver system already in place - as part of the procedures. The day of the event flow was very smooth. The DJ was very easy to work with. Unfortunately, Sarah was not able to work that evening and the owner took her place. Unfortunately, we did not have positive experience with the owner of the venue. He was very terse, curt, and cold. Multiple staff reported that he asked them a barrage of questions but when they tried to answer him they didn't feel that he listened to what we had to say. he often repeated the question even after they answered him. At one point I was answering his terse questions and he interrupted me, angrily talked over me, insinuated that his hiring of additional security staffing was my fault for our group size and then walked away from me while I was still attempting to answer his questions. He seemed to be upset but some of his anger/confusion occurred due to the lack of knowledge about information that I had already discussed and confirmed with the FiDi lead- Sarah. Outside of our experience with him, we had a lovely experience at the location. The rest of the staff were incredibly helpful, supportive and attentive the entire evening. They were very accommodating of our requirements (students having to sign a liability waiver, handing out drink tickets, etc). We were very happy to have stumbled onto Peerspace.
This venue was amazing and gorgeous-- and Sarah, our host could not have been nicer or more accommodating. I loved this venue so much I want to book our Holiday Party here. Best, Emily
