THE HOME: Located just outside of San Francisco, this remodeled home is ideal for a variety of commercial shoots, meetings and more with great natural light, outside greenery from every window, open concept, and ample space for crew and gear - Four bed, three bath 3,000 Square Feet (one bed used as office) - High end decor with neutral colors + unique, original art - Two dining spaces -- one built-in nook (8 pp), one rectangular dining table (8 pp) - Two seating areas/living spaces each with fireplaces (one brick, one marble) - Adult master suite with french doors and out side patio + fun, fresh kid spaces - Scenic outdoor setting: pool, BBQ, seating areas, grass/manicured plants and a large twin sized swing/bed - Locked storage area for overnight equipment and gear THE LOCATION: - Alamo is a small town between Walnut Creek and San Ramon with easy 680 Freeway access - Alamo plaza hosts many stores and food resources and is less than 1/4 mile away from the house - Take-out menus provided THE HOST: - Interior designer/stylist - House has all home amenities for crews use - Prior work in ad/marketing business PREVIOUS SHOOTS: - Amazon.com - ESPN - Wells Fargo - HP - Babycenter.com - Toyota.....and more! This is BY FAR the best Peerspace listing I've ever come across. Michele is an absolute rockstar at accommodations, kindness, and quality. I had so much relief knowing that we had amazing communication, especially with curveballs that happened during production. 10/10 I would definitely book again. This location has a wide variety of features that make it a prime location for multiple productions, commercials, etc. Ample space for cast, crew, video village. The neighborhood is calm, quiet and has ample parking. I'm extremely grateful that I found this listing and can't wait to use it again.
