5000 square foot office building available for use after 6pm Monday-Thursday, after 4pm, Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday. There is a large 600 square foot room as you walk in, full of windows, all natural light, and 25 foot ceilings, perfect for workshops, meetings, yoga, etc. The rest of the space includes 8 private rooms, 1 kitchen/dining space, 3 restrooms, and 2 other 400-500 square foot rooms with concrete floors, (covered now with therapy mats that could be lifted) Space is used as a pediatric therapy clinic during the week. IMPORTANT: You will be charged 1.5x/hourly rate for any early arrivals or late departures in 30 minute intervals. Please consider you needs for the day and factor that set-up and wrap-up time into your booking accordingly. Advance notice helps me better coordinate my day, and to schedule the housekeepers. Check-in: You will be greeted at the front door at your stated arrival time for an introduction to the space, including details regarding: Wifi, kitchen use, restrooms, parking, heating/cooling, trash disposal, and emergency instructions. Water cooler use in the kitchen is complimentary Feel free to configure the chairs in the waiting area, etc to suit your needs, just ensure they are moved back to the starting position when you leave. I am grateful to learn of damage as soon as possible so that repairs can be made before the next guest arrives. Guests are responsible for the cost of the repairs. Caterers are welcome to visit the space prior to your arrival, please contact me in advance to set up a specific time. Check-out: The departure of your group at the stated end time is much appreciated. Please place all used dishes, glasses, etc in the dishwasher prior to departure or use the kitchen sink to wash, dry and put away all excess dishes. Please empty any trash cans used and take trash bag to dumpster in the far corner of the parking lot to dispose of ALL trash when you leave. If a farewell person is not possible the code to the alarm and exit instructions through side entrance will be provided. Katie was a wonderful host! The space was clean, looked just like the pictures, and was perfect as an audition space. Katie left us clear, easy-to-follow instructions and we had no troubles at all. We'd definitely book again!
