Take pictures before you start, please put everything back where you found it. Providing the space to you is contingent upon our good relationship with out neighbors. Please be courteous. There is an apartment above and below our unit. You must keep people and equipment inside the apartment space - including equipment off stairs, sidewalks and flowerbeds. You are renting the main floor of apartment, not the second floor or the building at large. If you require additional space, arrangements can be made. The front area and walkway must remain clear at all times. Absolutely no equipment. Do not block gate, entry to lower unit or the sidewalk. If needed, I am happy to offer tips and tricks on moving precarious furniture pieces. I prefer to over see and help. If there are items you would like moved before your shoot, please let me know and we can all save time. All pieces and objects are of a kind and very expensive and difficult to replace. The floors are very delicate and need to be treated as such. No dragging. All previous damage has been documented and further will be charged for. Bring boards if you must. Please leave ALL trash in the black trash bag left in the kitchen. Do not place any trash in the outside cans - including coffee cups, lunch, etc. This is very important. Please let me know if you need need any local recommendations. Overtime will be billed at time and half. Insurance certificate must be provided with booking.
