About the Space

Our 1100 square ft wood stage features beautiful natural dark wood floors, a full-length reclaimed wood wall, and a red brick accent wall that serve as beautiful backdrops for your photos. The studio is flooded with natural light from our floor-to-ceiling framed windows, which offer an incredible view of Downtown Los Angeles. In the afternoon, the studio is bathed in a warm and vibrant glow, while in the morning, the light is soft and diffused. Perfect for boudoir and portrait photography. The wooden floor and elevated platform provide unique angles and multilevel designs, ideal for creating striking compositions. You'll absolutely love the gorgeous sunlight during golden hours and the two walls equipped with dimmable rows of bright LED lights. Our studio offers the perfect blend of natural and artificial lighting to ensure that your photos are simply stunning. Our equipment package includes everything you need, from wireless triggers to light modifiers, c-stands to sandbags, and even a mini-fridge, clothing rack, and makeup station with dimmable lights and two stools. Availability times are very time-sensitive, and reservations are placed back-to-back. Please keep this in mind when requesting your booking. The studio comes with 3 x Alien Bees B800 already on c-stands with available or requested light modifiers, a changing tent, a rolling cart, a makeup station vanity lights, and stools. Included with the Stage rental (already inside the stage) EQUIPMENT: 1 x wireless trigger, 1 x receiver, 3 x alien bees B800, 3 x alien bees power cords, 3 x light modifiers – your choice of three or any available, 3 x 40” c-stands, 1 x mini-boom, 3 x sandbags, 3 x a-clamps, 2 x extension cords, 1 x power strip, 1 x full apple box, 1 x rolling cart, Also inside the stage: - 1 x 6' black folding table, - 2 x black folding chairs, - makeup station with vanity lights and two stools, - 1 x clothing rack (no hangers), - 1 x full body mirror, - changing area, - 1 x speaker with bluetooth/aux cord. Provided at NO EXTRA COST upon request (shared between all the stages, subject to availability): -extra sandbags, -extra a-clamps, -extra apple boxes, -extra extension cords, -c-stand arms, -additional c-stands, -lastolite reflectors, -fans, -studio stools, -steamer. FREE paper backdrops for portraits! We got lots of different colored paper backdrops at the location, - Backdrops are FREE if you are shooting portraits and don’t roll out the backdrop on a floor, don’t step on it or damage it. But if the backdrop got damaged anyways (wrinkled, stained, ripped, bent, etc.) - $29.99 rate. - One sweep (up to 6 ft on the floor) of the backdrop during the shoot that we had to cut. damaged a portion of the backdrop: left footprints, ripped, wrinkled, stained, scratched it, etc. - flat $29.99 fee. - Several sweeps (more than 6 ft on the floor) of backdrop, had to be cut the backdrop multiple times. In such a case the client has to pay $59. If you'd like to buy the whole backdrop or damage the whole roll – it’s $75. Rates exclude cleaning/damage fees (billed only upon occurrence). An additional strobe head is available at $35 (includes a strobe, a c-stand, power cord and an available light modifier). The stage is not soundproof.
