About the Space

This is a Loft with the Large Wood Crate Bookshelf, Yellow Cine Cases and Grey Textured Wall The 1800-square-foot photo studio with a bookshelf is an ideal space for photographers looking to capture the beauty of natural light . The studio boasts north- and west-facing matte windows which is perfect in the afternoon and golden hour. Library-inspired design, the studio is perfect for creating a sophisticated and stylish look. The space features stunning custom handmade dark brown wooden shelving and a grey-textured wall, providing a perfect backdrop for a variety of photo shoots. The shelves are adorned with books, while a brown table and cinematic yellow cases are strategically placed to match the interior. All our spaces are booked very quickly! Availability times are VERY time-sensitive. Your booking request should include the time for set up and break down. Reservations are placed back to back. Please keep this in mind while requesting your booking. Happy (photo/video) shootings! Optionally available in this stage: punching bag, small hammock, and swing. Included with the Stage rental EQUIPMENT: 1 x wireless trigger, 1 x receiver, 3 x alien bees B800, 3 x alien bees power cords, 3 x 40” or 20″ c-stands, 3 x light modifiers – your choice of three or any available: -7” reflectors +optional grid/small color gels; -22″ beauty dish + optional 30 degree grid/diffuser; -medium softbox; -medium strip softboxes 14″x63″ + optional grid; -medium octabank 48″; -7′ parabolic umbrella + optional diffuser; -snoot + optional grid. Provided at NO EXTRA COST upon request (shared between all the stages, subject to availability): -sandbags, -a-clamps, -apple boxes, -extension cords, -power strips, -2 x v-flats/stage, -mini boom, -c-stand arm, -additional c-stands, -lastolite reflectors, -fans, -studio stools, -folding chairs, -4′ and 6′ tables. -Rates excludes cleaning/damage fee (billed only upon occurrence). -Additional strobe head is available at $35 (includes a strobe, a c-stand, power cord and available light modifier). Paper backdrops - A backdrop is Free if you are shooting portraits and don’t roll out the backdrop on a floor, don’t step on it or damage it. But if the backdrop got damaged anyways (wrinkled, stained, ripped, bent, etc.) - $29.99 rate. - One sweep (up to 6 ft on the floor) of the backdrop during the shoot that we had to cut. damaged a portion of the backdrop: left footprints, ripped, wrinkled, stained, scratched it, etc. - flat $29.99 fee. - Several sweeps (more than 6 ft on the floor) of backdrop, had to be cut the backdrop multiple times. In such a case the client has to pay $59. If you'd like to buy the whole backdrop or damage the whole roll – it’s $75. Here are our photo studio rules if you'd like to shoot in a space with dark brown wooden shelving and a grey textured wall. Perfect den or library look - You and your team members agree to be respectful and courteous to others and to the front desk members while being in the studio. - Arrive up to 10 minutes before your booking to reduce the interaction with other guests. - You and your team members waive any liability from the studios. - Your rental time includes setting up, breaking down, and cleaning up, so please factor it into your booking hours. Please leave the studio in the same condition you found it. (lights unplugged and back on C-stands, cords rolled up, all the items back on the cart, no trash left behind, water bottles/food leftovers are tossed) If any cleaning is required after your shoot, the cleaning service fee starts from $250 and will depend on the amount of work required - no alcohol is allowed - Nudity is okay if no adult activity/no pornographic content. - Smoking inside the studio is not allowed and a subject for $250 fee. - Pets are welcome with the pet waiver signed. - Stage is not soundproof (there might be noise as music/speech and street sounds). - Usage of any hard-to-clean materials (such as holi powder, confetti, glitter, any kind of paint, oil, fake blood, ashes etc) are to be approved in advance with a $525 refundable deposit. - Music is to be kept at reasonable levels and not contain vulgar or offensive lyrics. Live music bands must be approved in advance. All renters must sign our rental contract to book. If any of our safety rules are being broken, we will be forced to halt your production and $1000 fine.
