- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Smelled like cigarettes which was a problem because the hairstylist was pregnant and so we had to set her up outside on her own. Multiple roommates all home. You are not renting the whole place and this makes it hard when you have a crew and were not told ahead of time. Host asked multiple times to watch which we were frustrated by because we were a crew of all woman and the artist felt like she couldn't relax knowing how many strangers were around. Ed is nice, but this was supposed to be a really special shoot that was overshadowed by how frustrating and difficult this location make everything.

Edward is a wonderful host. He made sure he was not disturbing the production in any way, ok with us turn on and off the AC, even helped us move stuff around. Location is great, a lot of space and has easy parking.

The space smelled of cigarettes. Our crew was told there would be no one else on the premises, and there were three men in their bedrooms. We lost hours of precious time and money because the men kept playing music, fans, and televisions in their room, despite our polite and professional requests to the contrary. Absolutely unacceptable filming conditions.

Edward was the perfect Host! He graciously allowed us to use his space, any part we needed, and he made sure he was not disturbing our production in any way. 10/10.

Edward was very accommodating, we had free access to the house, never had a problem letting us shoot extra takes around the house. He even helped us strike set. 👍
