Minutes from Downtown LA, Pasadena, Silverlake, Eagle Rock, Highland park etc. Gorgeous nearby hiking within half a mile if you need rural look.. Must be cool with stairs.

1) Outdoor Spa with huge copper tub.
2) Vintage cottage in the woods
3) Ecolodge, outdoor kitchen, deck and/or patio cafe
Nudity allowed but no porn.
Night shoots should end by 7:30-8 pm. Overnight shoots are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Indoor/ outdoor space with emphasis on outdoors. Both kitchen and spa room are outdoors. All areas kept clean. Covid is over but there is plenty of ventilation and space for the next pandemic.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
