We are a co-work by day and an ideal production location after 6pm on weekdays or all day weekends. This space has ample natural lighting with carefully curated decor creating an ambiance that is warm, industrial and modern. Full use of the gorgeous handmade wooden tables, designer furniture and office props if needed. This space is best for: Commercial shoots, creative projects, photo/film shoots, podcasts Note that this listing includes the Main Space, Patio, and Lounge only. The Writer's room, Art Gallery and Photo Studio are available as add ons for extra space- perfect to use as hair/makeup rooms, wardrobe, staging or equipment storage. Nice space - as pictured but with adjustable rolling task chairs. A bit warm in the afternoon but the room has a window a/c unit. This space is part of a larger coworking facility. Clean bathrooms and water/coffee/fruit available.

Amazing indoor space with an outdoor patio area as well. Lovely bar and small kitchen area that is great for prep and clean up. The event hosts were very flexible and easy to communicate with. It has everything you need for any event from baby/bridal shower to work conference/meeting, and there is a long list of supplies/inventory to rent that makes it easy. I would highly recommend this wonderful venue for any event!

I have been a guest in this space twice before for previous events so it was an easy choice to use it for my own. Saskia (owner) was a pleasure to work with and communicated well throughout the whole process. She was very accommodating to my requests and ensured things went off without a hitch. Artie (Host) and Lakisha (Bartender) were a perfect fit for the event and performed their responsibilities flawlessly. I would love to work with the whole team again in the future.
