We have a newly constructed home located in Culver City . This home is great for Indoor/Outdoor Offsite use - guests can use the indoors to do work and brainstorm new ideas, and then step out into the backyard for a lunch break and team building activities.
It is within a seven minute walk to multiple restaurants like Sage Vegan Bistro, Maple Block and Metro Cafe.

No access or use of the master bedroom, master bath, office, kids bedrooms, and/or bathroom unless approved by owner.
This house is available for photo shoots, off-site, and filming only, dinners, company parties, and baby showers.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
