Our unique space was created in 2014, as a place for my husband and I to hold our own wedding reception. We are both architects, and our family was all on board to make our vision come to life! Following our party, we began getting requests to use the space for small parties, so we made a website and the rest is history! Now we are thrilled to offer the space to our community as a casual, fun, and interesting place to gather and hold events. We are proud to host other fun things like Yoga, Homemade Markets, and our very own hosted Dinner and Music events. The space is easy to get to, requires very little "decorations", and offers a lot of flexibility being one big open warehouse space. The unique open plan is ideal for production, and filming. Also the easy truck access from the parking lot is a huge asset. We are a laid-back group, happy to accommodate for all uses. We are just thrilled to be sharing our unique spot with more users, other than big events. However, if a bar package isn't something you're interested in, we require a mandatory $150 bar fee for a lovely bartender to man the station. Time in the space setting up and breaking down should be included in the entire rental time.
Are we able to bring in my own liquor or dispense my own alcohol? No, due to our liquor license, we must supply and serve all alcohol. What caterers are allowed? We welcome most caterers. However, they must be vetted and approved by our team prior. Caterers must also comply with Catering Guidelines. Can we supply our own food, cake, etc.? No. All food must be provided by a licensed vendor. Are we able to gain access the night before my event for set up? To secure the night before an event, full rental price is required. However, if 15 days prior to the event the space is available, the client is able to secure access and is required to pay $100 an hour with a minimum of two hours. Can we keep the garage doors open? Depending on the temperature outdoors, the garage doors may be kept open. Also if there is amplified music playing, we cannot guarantee the doors can remain open. Can we have a secondary bar setup in the courtyard? Yes! A small outdoor bar can be provided for an additional fee. Please be in contact for pricing. What times does music need to stop? The music must stop at 11:30pm, and the venue will begin to close down shortly thereafter. What is the clean up policy? All personal decorations, food, etc. must be cleared out the night of the event.
