We recently completed a fabulous remodel of our historic 3200 square foot West Berkeley home. The kitchen is well-lit and spacious.
We offer a peaceful back deck with fireplace and level lawn. Easy walking to restaurants, shopping, and bus lines. Close freeway access.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
This house has excellent ventilation. The La Cantina (accordion style) door in the dining room removed an entire wall of this large room. It is also possible to shoot in the living room from outside by opening the double porch doors. You won't find a house with better indoor/outdoor flow.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
