About the Space
Freshly remodeled historic 3200 square foot home. Well-lit, modern, spacious kitchen. Four bedrooms and four bathrooms. All upstairs bathrooms have skylights. The kitchen and dining room have windows from many sides, giving beautiful light almost any time of day. Carrera marble and original Douglas fir floors throughout. The attic master suite features cottage board walls, abundant sky lights, a clawfoot tub, and a Carrera marble shower. Peaceful back deck with a fireplace and level lawn. Easy walking to restaurants, shopping, and bus lines. Close freeway access. House recently featured in the Netflix documentary series Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat as well as commercials for Lego, Target, and HP Printers. House includes all new systems including a Sonos sound system and a steam shower. There is tandem parking for two cars or one truck or van. Last-minute inquiries are no problem. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Erika was so amazing to work with. She was very quick on communication answering my questions leading up to the shoot, she is very friendly and was super helpful with props that we needed for our shoot, she also was always available during the day if we had any questions. The location was stunning, we couldn't help but compliment it throughout the shoot. It is spacious for gear, lots of windows for natural light, and easy to locate and access. I would recommend this house and Erika to anyone looking for a smooth and beautiful shooting experience.

The host was very responsible and very nice and helpful. Would definitely use again for our needs. Specifically we needed a bathroom setting and this was perfect as it offered 3 different options that gave us the variety we were looking for.

The natural light that streams in is dreamy and the shadows that the historic glass windows creates are unreal. The owner is extremely friendly, helpful, and communicative. Overall an outstanding experience and I would love to shoot here again!

Everything was great as usual, the home was spotless and beautiful. We've used this location multiple times and it's an excellent space. We love it for shooting, lots of angles and options both inside and outside!
