This historic 3200 square foot home was remodeled in 2017. The kitchen is well-lit, modern, and spacious. The house was built in 1910, and was restored to preserve the historic charm. It features four bedrooms and four bathrooms. All upstairs bathrooms have skylights. The kitchen and dining room have windows from many sides, giving beautiful light almost any time of day. Carrera marble and original Douglas fir floors throughout. The crown jewel of the house is the attic master suite with its cottage board walls, abundant sky lights, clawfoot tub, and Carrera marble shower. Peaceful back deck with a fireplace and level lawn. Easy walking to restaurants, shopping, and bus lines. Close freeway access. House recently featured in the Netflix documentary series Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat as well as commercials for Lego, Target, and HP Printers. The house includes all new systems including a Sonos sound system and a steam shower. There is tandem parking for two cars or one truck or van. Last-minute inquiries are no problem.
We appreciate guests who leave the house as clean as they found it. Please no smoking on the property.
Erika is an amazing host, and the space is just fantastic. It is hard not to get a great shot in that kitchen! We will definitely be going back in the future.
Erika is an awesome host! She responded so quick with our inquiries, very warm and welcoming, and even stayed in to welcome our crew and our models! We've booked her home before and we came back this year for another lifestyle shoot. Her home is beautiful as is the lighting in all the rooms. Our shoot went great, and the images turned out beautiful. I'll definitely book this location again! <3
Erika was a wonderful host who made sure we had everything we needed for our shoot. Her space is beautiful and it's easy to get fantastic lifestyle shots there. Over all it was a great experience!
Erika's home was PERFECT for our shoot. Not only was it clean, beautifully designed, well organized, and full of natural light, Erika was a joy to book with. She is kind, very responsive, and has done this many times, so having her know the ropes was beneficial. Thank you!
