Your booking includes: ✅ 30 min. set up prior to the event ✅ 30 min. wind-down after the event ✅ Assistance with Logistics ✅ Complimentary tea, coffee, and water ✅ Please inquire for details about staffing and additional hours for setup and cleanup. CLEANINGS & DISINFECTING ($150 flat rate): For your health and safety, we include two (2) cleanings with your booking. 1-disinfecting will be scheduled prior to your event starting and 1-disinfecting will be scheduled after your event ends.

Facilities and Equipment: The true advantage of our space is that we DO NOT have central air conditioning. Studies have suggested air-conditioning could blow coronavirus droplets further than 6 feet; air conditioners will take air and re-circulate it through the room. We ensure ventilation and water systems operate properly. Social Distancing Policies: We highly encourage social distancing and the use of cloth face coverings in the studio space. We also require guests who are ill to not enter the studio space and stay home. We also check all guests with a non-touch forehead thermometer prior to entering the studio. Management and Communications: We monitor state and local public health communications about COVID-19. Cleaning and Disinfection: We clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces, (e.g., counters, shelving, displays, door knobs) and provide guests with face masks, disposable disinfectant wipes, cleaner, or sprays that are effective against the virus that causes COVID-19.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
