We are a Brand Consulting, Graphic Design Studio and Creative Incubator (Creative Professionals) with an amazing 1500 sq. ft. studio/work/live loft is West Oakland/Embarcadero/Jack London Square (INDUSTRIAL AREA). This is an ideal space for professional and creative ventures. The studio is conveniently located 2 blocks from West Oakland Bart Station (10 min Bart Ride to SF). The unit is on the 4th floor (top floor), is a corner studio with beautiful views of Jack London/Embarcadero/Downtown Oakland/Emeryville. We are a Creative Incubator and Professional Business specializing in hosting Small Private/Business Creative Functions as one of our services. We host creative projects/work, small private meetings, workshops, brainstorming sessions, company retreats, classes & creative functions. As part of our hosting packages, we offer complementary tea, coffee and water as well as assistance to ensure that your meeting/event is a success with us: - Corporate Events & Launches - Meetings - Small Private Events, Pop-ups & Networking - Retreats, Workshops & Classes (Please inquire about more details and special usage) Description/Amenities: - 1500 Sq. Ft top floor corner loft (partially furnished) - Open layout, high ceilings & 12 ft high windows with tons of natural lighting - Full-size kitchen - Full-size bathroom - Gallery space (studio walls and hallway) - 72 inch large screen available for use - Secured building entry - Utilities and Wi-fi included - Limited office/bathroom/kitchen supplies - Freight elevator available for easy loading and unloading - Projector and A/V equipment available
Terms & Rates for Special Off-site Usage: Available for the following RATES: 1. EXCLUSIVE USAGE of the Open Studio/Creative Work Space Only (All-inclusive) - $75/hr (minimum of 4 hours); Up-to-25 attendees 2. EXCLUSIVE USAGE of the Open Studio/Creative Work Space Only (All-inclusive) - $125/hr (minimum of 4 hours); 26-49 attendees • Studio Usage Fee + cleaning fee + security (if applicable) + refundable deposit (up-to-$500). Contact us directly for more details. • Catering Services - Contact us directly for more details. • Special arrangements for music and events that extend past 10pm • No smoking • Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors they use • All hosting packages include setup (30 mins prior to event) and cleanup time (30 mins after event). Please inquire for details about staffing and additional hours for setup and cleanup. • Furniture can only be moved by the host upon request • Trash must be taken out at the end of your booking, and placed in the outdoor dumpster
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. We had our annual Board Retreat with approx 16 people in attendance. We used the tables in a U shape. I think for sitting down at tables I would not go over 20 people. We really enjoyed the space! Board members were enjoying a turn on the swing. Sharee is a wonderful host and very accommodating!

My team of 24 really enjoyed the feeling of the space. Many said they'd be happy to come back! There were plenty of seating and table options for us as we worked in groups of 3, and then back together as a larger team. Sharee was a gracious host from start to finish, kept us set up with fresh coffee and cool drinks all day, and seamlessly dealt with table/chair needs, arrival of food service, and every small detail. She stayed in the space the whole time and was very responsive to any request! A couple things to note: - It's quite near the freeway, so the acoustics were a bit of a challenge. After the meeting, some team members told me they weren't able to follow all of the discussion. - No AC. I'm sure this is my fault for not noticing this in the description or asking in advance. On a summer day in Oakland, the room got extremely warm, and we had to slightly adjust the plan to let folks go early. Kudos to Sharee for working to keep us as comfortable as possible, given the circumstances. I would use this space again, but probably with a smaller group and not in midsummer :)

Absolutely fantastic. We were here for a teachers’ retreat, and it was the perfect space for community building, as well as individual breakout work time. The space is beautiful, inspiring, and fun, and Sharee was amazing in supporting with set-up and clean up. She checked on us throughout the day, made sure we were well caffeinated and hydrated, and set the space with positive energy. We would gladly return for a future event! Highly recommend.

What a great space! Our small group of 6 plus a facilitator really enjoyed our time here. The space is open and breezy and the swing invites a bit of playfulness. We had everything we needed and Sharee was a wonderful host. I recommend highly.
