MEDIA PRODUCTION is a multimedia production facility and set of services. Our Studio is perfect for you and your team for on-camera interviews and messages. Connect with co-creators on projects in a dedicated creative space to improve problem-solving. Or reserve our studio for content shooting and filming. Come up with fresh ideas, and promote them to reach a global audience to generate awareness, our studio supports the flow of creativity. We have a fantastic 1500-square-foot studio/work/live loft in the industrial district of West Oakland/Jack London Square. A top-floor corner studio with high ceilings, 12-foot windows, and spectacular views. It is simple to get around because public transportation is only three blocks away. ⭐️ 1500 Sq. Ft top floor corner loft ⭐️ Open layout, high ceilings & 12 ft high windows with lots of natural lighting ⭐️ Tables, chairs, and desks. ⭐️ Full-size kitchen ⭐️ Full-size bathroom ⭐️ Gallery space (studio walls and hallway) ⭐️ Monitor and 72 ft. large screen available for presentations (additional cost) ⭐️ Projector and A/V equipment available for use (additional cost) ⭐️ Secured building entry ⭐️ Utilities and Wi-fi included ⭐️ Limited office/bathroom/kitchen supplies ⭐️ Plenty of parking as well as off-street parking ⭐️ Freight elevator available for easy loading and unloading HOSTING PACKAGE: As part of our hosting packages, we offer assistance with logistics to ensure that your productions are a success with us. Your booking includes: ✅ 30 min. set up prior to the event ✅ 30 min. wind-down after the event ✅ Assistance with Logistics ✅ Complimentary tea, coffee, and water ✅ Please inquire for details about staffing and additional hours for setup and cleanup. CLEANINGS & DISINFECTING ($150 flat rate): For your health and safety, we include two (2) cleanings with your booking. 1-disinfecting will be scheduled prior to your event starting and 1-disinfecting will be scheduled after your event ends.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

We reserved Sharee’s space for my 70th Birthday party. The renting process was easy. Sharee communicates promptly and with generosity. Her goal is to make the event as seamless as possible. We had many questions and a few alterations and she was flexible and generous. The space is gorgeous with floor to ceiling windows, beautiful seating areas, a spacious kitchen and sweet bathroom (and a swing). We decorated it with lights and that was enough. We had a dance floor, a buffet, and several spots for sit down and chatting. Sharee was present and was critical in the success of the event. We used her amazing sound system and mic. The whole experience was remarkable. Actually magical. When guests entered they were awed. Many guests wanted to know more about the space and its many possibilities. Also Sharee has a huge cart which makes it easy to move things in and out of the space quickly. BTW, the weekend has more parking than is visible during the week. The space has a lot of possibilities as Sharee has streaming capabilities, conference type furniture. and other technology. And if you have a special birthday. go for it.

Beautiful space with everything you will need for a event. The host Sharee was awesome! Extremely helpful and all around great person. She instantly became family and helped to make sure my mom had an awesome birthday. Would highly recommend booking for an event you will not be disappointed.

This is by far the BEST EXPERIENCE I've had using Peerspace. Sharee is the greatest host ever and the loft is adequate for a variety of creative uses. The atmosphere that Sharee provides is welcoming and productive... accommodating and inspiring all at the same time. Do yourself a favor and inquire how this space can work for you. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, was wonderful to speak to/get to know, and even played music to help set the ambiance for our mini-event. The space itself is a gem tucked away inside the building. Huge amount of space, high ceilings, pretty natural light, equipped kitchen, plenty of tables/chairs to use for seating and snacks. 100% would recommend using this space for your meetings, little get-togethers or creative events.
