Our recently renovated 1914 era coffee roasting facility is now a unique, 5000 sq. ft. old school-style NYC photo studio. Designed with the intent of providing comfortable amenities inside a gritty unfinished Brooklyn loft, our space makes the perfect location for high-end productions and events that want a down to Earth feel. Studio 1, our main space, hosts huge steel casement windows with opaque wire safety glass, rustic plank wood floors, rough brick and distressed plaster walls. Visitors often remark that it reminds them of old SoHo or Williamsburg before both areas became overly gentrified. Studio 2, with 16ft ceilings and a balcony, is perfect for traditional portraiture, look books or other productions that require a sweep or set build. Solid brick construction makes it good for video interviews and film shoots. Raw, exposed brick walls also make it an excellent choice for edgy editorials. Schuyler S. booked a wedding reception for 175 people
We had to cancel this booking due to the pandemic, so we haven't held out event in Geoffrey's space yet. When we toured it in person, the space was beautiful and as-advertised on the site. We're hoping to hold our rescheduled event in the space this year.

I have to say, we couldn't have asked for a better host and space for our event. Geoffrey was communicative and flexible through the whole process and helped ensure that things ran smoothly during our reception held at Warehouse Studios with the multitude of vendors involved. He communicated upfront the different ways that he suggested we could organize the place and accommodated our needs for the space to make our event happen. He was hospitable in letting us revisit the space to meet with events vendors in the planning process and was always willing to answer questions we had. He gave us excellent recommendations of vendors to use and was open to anyone we chose to work with us. The space is absolutely beautiful and the pictures accurately depict what the space looks like. Note that dancing and loud music are restricted to the small room attached to the larger hall which was initially a challenge. However, the small room ended up having a perfect smaller feel to make the dance floor more intimate and guests enjoyed the separation between the two rooms for those who wanted to rest and chill out. The main space is beautiful and has the rustic feel we were looking for when we were first looking around. Overall, this place is great for wedding receptions and provides stock furniture to help customize to your needs for your event. Would recommend this place 100% and thank you Geoffrey for having us!

We had a great shoot here and it was our home for four straight days. The space is extremely large and has a lot of different areas and side rooms to easily and comfortably fit all our crew, clients and talent. The location managers were super easy, flexible and happy to help!

We loved having our daughter's bat mitzvah at Warehouse Studios! Geoff was so accommodating and easy to work with through the whole process, letting us come see the space a couple of times and testing out the projector before the event. The space worked beautifully for our purposes, where we could flow back and forth between the two rooms for the ceremony, dinner, and dancing. The painted brick rooms looked great and the view to the river at sunset was stunning. We rented the ping pong table, which was a plus. All in all an excellent event, helped by working with a host who is so friendly and low-key.

I loved having my wedding here this past Sunday. Geoff was very accommodating to our needs despite his other scheduling. Alejandro was amazing helping out during the wedding set up, during and after. Bridesmaids loved his assistance. I would recommend this location to any wedding party! You won’t regret it. Will be telling my friends about this space for their future weddings
