Operating hours - Mon-Sat 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM Sun 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM PLEASE NOTE: NO DJs, PARTIES, OR LIVE MUSIC ALLOWED. Only very low-level music is permitted because the lot backs up into a residential neighborhood. The 7,000 sq. ft. gated commercial Mural Yard is semi-private with rotating painted murals on 10’ high perimeter steel walls. It has easy drive-up access with 16’ high truck clearance. Tivoli lights to create a lovely skylit setting for all occasions. The Mural Yard may be used for a plethora of outdoor events, some of which range to film screenings, photography shoots, food trucks stations, production vehicle docking, communal soccer scrimmages, and more. ***FYI: The lot has no outdoor plumbing, restrooms, or outdoor kitchen facilities. Clients would need to rent portable restrooms for outdoor events. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
