Bright, open-concept home originally built in 1912 has been renovated to feature both modern and vintage charm. Located in Eagle Rock, this private hideaway has a quaint, cottage feel. The two-bedroom/two-bathroom space includes a large master, remodeled kitchen with island and granite countertops, hardwood floors, and a spacious backyard. There is a driveway for 3 parking spots. For production needs requiring more parking spaces, neighborhood street parking is ample, un-permitted and close to the house. Great place. Filmed my student thesis here, Jason was very speedy with communication, very clear and concise. E mailed me all the documents I needed for school. Filming went smoothly, not stopped, or bothered by anyone. Very clean home, lots of parking nearby. The site rep was awesome. Overall no complains, nothing. Great experience, totally recommend. 10/10. Would film here again!
