Sun-Drenched California Craftsman Bungalow originally built in 1912 and thoughtfully renovated to feature both modern and vintage charm. Located in Eagle Rock, this private hideaway has a quaint cottage feel. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom home includes a large primary suite, remodeled kitchen with island and granite countertops, hardwood floors, and a spacious backyard. There is a driveway for 3 parking spots. Street parking is available on adjacent neighborhood streets and does not require residential parking permits. Productions are responsible for obtaining any required filming or parking permits based on crew size and activity. No adult filming, including pornography, is allowed on the premises.
