About the Space

Welcome to our Studio! We have great natural light, 15’ ceilings, a large corner cyc wall, curated props, vintage furniture, and a music lover’s sound system. Professional lighting gear included for every booking. Ideal for any photo/video/production, interview or podcast. Our notable clients include: Netflix MTV RuPaul's Drag Race The Real Housewives of Atlanta Young Dirty Bastard Good Morning Britain Raw TV PROPS AND FURNITURE All furniture and props pictured are included with your booking and are currently available. LIGHTING Our enormous 13X9 ft skylight provides the most epically beautiful natural light. (Perfect for those who shoot film/analog). Our studio also features a large north-facing widow. For studio lighting; Profoto gear is at the ready. Studio is black out ready. VIBE/ AMBIANCE Enjoy your favorite music on our Sony 440-watt sound system with built-in Spotify/YouTube or connect your phone via Bluetooth. RGB ceiling lighting is changeable to any color. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

I absolutely LOVED this space! Mark and his partner Anna (sorry if I butchered the spelling) were great! The props added an amazing element to my photoshoot. I would definitely be coming back here!

Mark was absolutely an amazing host! On time, responsive, caring and was flexible with us. Studio space is perfect. Amazing props and space to prep/get ready/etc. All so well thought out! Can't recommend enough.

Great host that helped explain everything so thoughtfully. When we asked him to come back and close the skylight he was there in minutes! So nice and professional. The studio is top notch and we will definitely be back. Few other places offer the same amount of props, lights, and set options.
