This is a beautiful 1500 square foot space in the trendy Dogpatch neighborhood of San Francisco. The kitchen is filled with natural light featuring fifteen, 12' windows around a corner space that overlooks the Bay with views of the Bay Bridge. Perfect for off-sites, meetings, and brainstorming sessions. It's equipped with 4, 8' farm tables with 40 stools. It can accommodate 40 people seated or 60 people standing. Included in your hourly rate: - Use of the creative space without the commercial kitchen/equipment - Please inquire if your event needs staff
No loud music. No smoking. Furniture can be moved, but must be put back where you found it. Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors. All rentals include set up and clean up time. Trash must be taken out at the end of your booking, and placed in the dumpsters downstairs. Please follow Peerspace's terms and conditions.
Our team needed an industrial kitchen for a small commercial shoot and this space was absolutely perfect. The large windows provided more than enough light that we didn't even need to use the light kit that we brought. Parking was easy enough as there is pay lot directly across the street. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. If in the future our team needs to use another industrial kitchen, this is the first place I would try to book again.
This is a wonderful space with a great staff. Everyone was so helpful and helped us have a great holiday party. We would highly recommend this space and look forward to using it again.
Our Friendsgiving dinner party couldn’t have gone any better. This space is both functional and beautiful. There were two staff members on-site during our event, who were incredibly friendly and helpful. We brought more supplies than we needed to, without knowing how much the space had to offer. It’s truly impressive!
What a great location! It was perfect for our company Thanksgiving potluck dinner. Lots of room to work, every kitchen item you could possibly need. And Francisco was available throughout the event to help set up and answer any questions we had. We are already talking about next year!
