Our studio is a historic building 5 minutes East of Downtown Los Angeles. The space has been especially configured for photo + film productions and can easily feel like multiple locations under one roof. The space is great for all kinds of productions: commercials/advertising, TV, films, photography, e-commerce, cookings shows, fitness videos, product photography etc. We've had the opportunity to host several productions for NBC, COMEDY CENTRAL, NICKELODEON, HBO, FORD, E!, NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC, BET, CELEBRITIES, & SPECIAL EVENTS. About us, Sandy and David, we are creatives ourselves and love hosting other creative endeavors. We care for the space like our home, she's an old building and requires a little care. When the space is not booked the space is typically used to develop our personal work in interior styling, wardrobe styling and set design. The space can be staged or empty depending on the production needs. Please contact us and let us know if you have a desired space layout including art department needs. ______________________________________________________________ Studio Info: ***(PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY BEFORE BOOKING)*** PLEASE NOTE: All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear down time, so please include that in your reservation. The space is incredible. Multiple spaces to shoot completely different looks that still tie in to a general theme for full editorial. Clean, well kept, with great staff. We had a site manager on hand all day to help with whatever we needed. Stairs are a little tough but there’s a freight elevator that makes life easier. Get in this space before the price goes up. It’s worth it.
This studio was perfect for our film shoot. Lots of space to work with. Sandy the owner is very responsive and a joy to work with. Our site rep, Mikey, was very hands on and assisted us during our load-in & load-out. We will be coming back.
Amazing space to work in night or day. The natural light is coming in from all angles....stunning!!! Very conveniently located to last minute props, supplies and groceries. Audio was spotty depending on loud vehicles, but small trade off for the amazing shots we got. Will definitely be back again and thanks for the great hospitality Sandy!!!
