What a great experience!! The entire team at Concrete Studios is incredibly gracious, responsive, welcoming, and professional. If they hadn't been available to answer our questions at all hours, we couldn't have done this shoot, which was on a very tight turnaround and part of a complicated production day. And then the ultimate bonus: the location itself, which has one of the best views of LA. Unimpeded, clean, spacious, with cool stuff to sit on / work around for still shoots.
We absolutely loved shooting here! The footage we got is absolutely incredible! What an amazing location! Luc and Von were so helpful and it was such an easy and smooth day. I would definitely recommend this location to anybody who’s looking for a great experience and a great location.
Be careful when booking this location. Luc Richard is NOT the onsite host. He will move all communication to a text format to a third party unlisted as the host and without a heads up. This resulted in our crew unable to gain access to the location upon arrival for our shoot (3 trucks ready with talent to shoot a music video). The phone number that was listed on peerspace was never answered despite numerous desperate calls & texts. We were booked from 5:30pm-8:30pm and notified them we would be late. Apparently the third party Luc Richard hired to grant us access to the location abandoned the location at 6pm. When we arrived at 6:15pm we where SOL and unable to get in. The next morning on the phone instead of taking an apologetic approach Luc Richard was very aggressive and short tempered when I offered to not leave negative feedback if he refunded us. He then said he would have his superior call us later (which never happened). Upon review and investigation by the Peerspace team, my credit card was eventually refunded.
