This unusual 1500 sq. ft. space is lit with 4 large closable skylights & warmed with large plank wooden floors, making it a sweet mix of comfy and professional. The space offers robust Internet, kitchen and patio deck in the best part of the mission, Bryant at 20th street, next to Blowfish Sushi. When guest enter there's always an unmistakable wow factor : ) • Located on the 2nd floor with a freight elevator that opens to the street! • The space is towards the back of the building making it quiet space, not sound proof, but generally quiet. • We have three 2 x 6' tables and a total of 10 mix and match chairs. • Both wooden top tables in the pictures have wheels so you may create the space you need. • The 8x8' ft rolling wall cam be used as a background or projection screen. • Please note, there is no dishwasher, usually that's not a problem, but just to be sure. Built in ~1930, the entire building was home to a giant web press that printed the cursive writing examples that ran along the top of grade school classroom walls. Then in the 60's it became home to Bindweed Press, who printed many of the iconic 60's & 70's love generation posters for Bill Graham, the Fillmore, etc, including posters for the Grateful Dead among others. One of those presses is now housed in the printing museum in San Jose.
