Recent updates thanks to your feedback: • Wider custom-built tables with expanded seating. • Projector! • Easy wireless presentation for PC users, no HDMI needed, though any and all of the cords are here. Brainstorming, quarterly meetings, team building, and other such activities have proven to be creatively inspiring in this old-school brick and timber space. Four skylights fill it with light, and the large wooden plank floors add warmth and charm. Add (my) award-winning photographic artwork, and you've got a fresh-feeling, comfy, professional, and productive work retreat. My goal is to make you look good! Robust Internet, kitchen, easy access, great ventilation, and private garden patio in the best part of the Mission will support your meeting's success. Upon arrival, there's an unmistakable wow factor, comments (spoken and in reviews) often include "it looks just like the pictures". Neighborhood: Within a few blocks, there are many local lunch and coffee spots, including Sightglass Coffee, Farmhouse Thai Kitchen, Flower and Water Pasta Shop, Gus's Market, Atlas Cafe, Tartine Manufactory, and Universal Cafe. Parking info and tips: 1. Allowing an extra 10-15 minutes to find a spot usually does the trick. 2. Copy and paste this link for the nearest parking lots with walking time: https://www.parkinsf.com/sanfrancisco/parking-near/2170+Bryant+St#time-dropdown-list-item-64 3. Half the neighborhood has all-day parking, while the other half has 2-hour spots with no meters. The 2-hour spots are typically good for 2.5 hours since the SFMTA usually only passes through twice. 4. The neighborhood is flat, so walking a few blocks won't include hills. 6. The 27 Bryant stops right in front of Bryant and 20th Street. The Building: Built in ~1917, the entire building was home to a giant web press that printed the cursive writing examples that ran along the top of grade school classroom walls. Then, in the 1960s, it became home to Bindweed Press, which printed many of the iconic 1960s and 1970s love generation posters for Bill Graham, the Fillmore, etc., including posters for the Grateful Dead, among others. One of those presses is now housed in the printing museum in San Jose. About me: I support you, and you support me. I'm a photographer and artist, and thanks to you via Peerspace, I'm doing the best work of my career. Plus, I enjoy hosting and am happy to do anything I can to help ensure your day is productive. The photography on the walls is mine; the animals are real. The art changes often, so you may not see what's in the photos. Thanks much, and I hope to host you soon! Peter
