This charming 1500 ft. space is lit with 4 large closable skylights & warmed with large plank wooden floors and one brick wall making it a sweet mix of comfy and professional. The space offers robust Internet, kitchen and patio deck in the best part of the mission, Bryant at 20th street, next to Blowfish Sushi. When guest enter there's always an unmistakable wow factor : ) This creatively inspiring space has been especially popular for brainstorming getaways! Let me know your needs, meeting, brainstorming, etc., there are many options and I enjoy prepping the space to optimize your stay. Features include: • 4x6' whiteboard • 40" TV screen with Apple TV - easily beam your content from any device! • Three 2 x 6' tables and a total of 20 mix and match chairs. • Sunny patio deck. • Many local lunch spots within a few blocks including Blowfish Sushi, Sightglass Coffee, Farmhouse Thai, Salumeria, Gus's Market and more. • The space is towards the back of the building making it quiet space, not sound proof, but very quiet. • Full kitchen, though no dishwasher. • Robust internet for up to 10 active users. • The swing is optional, though not for competition swinging, think of it as a rocking chair, but still fun to have! • Located on the 2nd floor with a freight elevator that opens to the street for easy load in. Built in ~1930, the entire building was home to a giant web press that printed the cursive writing examples that ran along the top of grade school classroom walls. Then in the 60's it became home to Bindweed Press, who printed many of the iconic 60's & 70's love generation posters for Bill Graham, the Fillmore, etc, including posters for the Grateful Dead among others. One of those presses is now housed in the printing museum in San Jose. I'm an artist and booking my space helps to support the work I do, the photographic artwork on the walls change often so you may or may not see what's in the photos.

We stayed in Peter's loft for a two day team offsite and absolutely loved it. It was well-located, bright and beautiful with a great little private patio. We were very comfortable as a group of 7 and enjoyed working in a creative studio space alongside photos of charming alpacas, rams and other animal portraits. Peter was a gracious host and I would happily book again.
Peter was welcoming and very helpful. I had a few questions for him prior to booking and after I booked and he was happy to answer them all in a timely manner. The space was perfect for our group of 10 for a company off-site. This space is pretty, functional and well lit. Having the swing was a fun addition. Will book again in a heartbeat!
Peter's space was clean and spacious. Perfect for our 3-day design sprint. It's located within minutes to lots of great restaurants for lunch, too. Peter was responsive and prompt in communication.
Clean, spacious, interesting and quiet space that was perfect for us as we were filming interviews. Gorgeous industrial building with elevator. Peter is extremely easy to work with and gracious.
