Brainstorming, quarterly's, team building and such, this old school brick and timber has proven to be creatively inspiring space. Four skylights fill it with light and the large wooden plank floors add warmth and charm. Add (my) photographic artwork of animals and you've got a fresh feeling, comfy, professional, and productive work retreat! Robust Internet, kitchen, easy access, great ventilation, and private garden patio in the best part of the Mission will support your meeting's success. Upon arrival, there's an unmistakable wow factor, comments (spoken and in reviews) often include "it looks just like the pictures". Re: Covid safety; The space has high ceilings and plenty of cross ventilation airflow, plus a brand new high capacity air purifier by Alen (Consumer Reports top pick). And of course there's sanitizer and alcohol wipes placed throughout. I've hosted teams from Google, Facebook, Airbnb, Stripe, Lyft, and even Peerspace! Neighborhood: Many local lunch and coffee spots within a few blocks including Sightglass Coffee, Farmhouse Thai Kitchen, Flower and Water Pasta Shop, Gus's Market, Atlas Cafe, Tartine Manufactory and Universal Cafe. Parking: Parking can be tricky, though you'll be fine with an extra 10-15 minutes. Half the neighborhood is all day parking and half is 2 hour, and none are metered. The 2 hour spots are easier to find and are effectively good for 2.5 hours since the SFMTA usually only passes through twice. The neighborhood is flat so walking a few blocks won't include hills. The nearest lot is SF General at 22nd and Potrero, a 12 minute walk away. The Building: Built in ~1917, the entire building was home to a giant web press that printed the cursive writing examples that ran along the top of grade school classroom walls. Then in the 60's it became home to Bindweed Press, who printed many of the iconic 60's & 70's love generation posters for Bill Graham, the Fillmore, etc, including posters for the Grateful Dead among others. One of those presses is now housed in the printing museum in San Jose. About me: I support you, you support me. I'm a photographer artist and thanks to you, via Peerspace, I'm doing the best work of my career. Plus, I really enjoy hosting and I'll do anything in my power to help support your success. The photography on the walls is mine, the animals are real, and the art changes often so you may or may not see what's in the photos. Thanks much and I hope to host you soon! Peter

Clean, spacious, unique and convenient! The patio space was quiet and helpful for COVID sensitivity/being outside. Peter was a fantastic host who went above and beyond to make sure our meeting/day went perfectly. The AV was also great. We had no trouble connecting and facilitating virtual attendees.

Friendly host! Peter answered all my questions in a very timely manner, even provided some restaurant suggestions. The space was beautiful - loved all the artwork. Excellent wifi, we had no issues at all. Everything was so clean and airy. This was a perfect space for our team offsite. The space was large enough to accommodate our 12 person team, and allow for us to break out in to groups for brainstorming sessions - using the beautiful outdoor deck and the couches. The kitchenette was an added plus for our breakfast/coffee. We ordered lunch from nearby restaurants to be delivered, and no issues with the driver finding the place. Peter was super great in helping us get set up in the morning. There was music playing as our folks were arriving which was a nicely added touch! Will likely hold other team gatherings here, granted the space is available!

Peter's place was impeccable and he was an incredible host! Super accommodating and was very easy and fast to communicate with. This was my second time booking Peter's loft and I would do it a third when the next available opportunity comes up!
Stefanie C. booked a team offsite for 8 people
Peter is an absolute GEM and we loved using his space for a team building/brainstorm event. The space is super spacious, clean and provides all the things you may need to host a productive team event. Not to mention the outdoor space and break out areas?! For SF you can't go wrong with this particular space -- might I highlight 1500 sqft again and 3 restrooms!! There are labels and directions if ever found in a pinch (never) and Peter is quick to respond. Several eateries and coffee shops if you choose to go offsite in between sessions, we catered in but didn't have an issue at all with doordash delivering or finding the location (has happened a few times in the past). The one negative and that is not on Peter or the space is parking if you need it -- literally NOT A SINGLE THING within close proximity but walkable .5 of a mile to parking structure, BART and main muni lines. 27 Bryant stops out front and Uber/Lyft works as well. This place is a 10/10 -- would totally recommend and rebook in the future.
