About Dystopian Studios
1500 square foot loft space filled with art and unique design. 1000 square foot open plan downstairs and 500 square foot upstairs with full kitchen. Includes lovely outdoor patio garden area with koi pond. Air conditioned/climate controlled. The studio is inside a safe, clean arts complex. Easy access first floor loft with plentiful free, safe parking right outside the front door for easy load in. There is even a restaurant right on campus, just a stone's throw away.

Loved shooting here! Kevin was a great host and made sure we had what we needed before and during our shoot. The photos of the space do not do this place justice - this really is a rare gem with unmatched rates to rent and will rebook here again. It was SO convenient and ideal that everything had wheels and things could easily be moved. The designated parking was ideal for load in but also plenty of street parking along the building for our models. Beautiful art, incredible artist, and over great space for true creatives to create magic.
