1500 square foot loft space filled with art and unique design. 1000 square foot open plan downstairs and 500 square foot upstairs with full kitchen. Includes lovely outdoor patio garden area with koi pond. Air conditioned/climate controlled. The studio is inside a safe, clean arts complex. Easy access first floor loft with plentiful free, safe parking right outside the front door for easy load in. There is even a restaurant right on campus, just a stone's throw away.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
