The adjustable speed rail is equipped with Edison outlets placed across the support beams. Our factory style windows are equipped with black out curtains to easily switch from pitch black to daylight studio. The kitchen area in the north stage is a full functioning kitchen equipped with white cabinets and granite counter tops. The dual door refrigerator provides plenty of space for food on short or long term projects. The makeup station is a room in itself. With two make up mirrors and barber style chairs, it speeds up the prep time of talent. Good space. Staff was helpful and price was fair, just know that any props (including the tub) will cost you (substantially) more.

Space was different than expected - looks a bit more polished in the photos provided (couch and table in this photo are not at all the condition of what is currently in the space). No AC at first was a big challenge - would have liked to know that it was an extra charge up front as this plus chair rental pushed our meeting over budget. Many electrical outlets were not working which made our tech set-up challenging and delayed to our meeting schedule. On site coordinator took action to address but was not able to solve and we had to do our own problem solving to get our meeting started. Tables and chairs were fine and what was expected. The immediate area is very industrial and some guests felt uncomfortable (not a host issue by any means, just an observation and caution). Overall, the host was very, very responsive and timely in communication. I take fault for not booking a space that was more appropriate for our needs, but some challenges of the space would not lead me to book again for a different event.
