PLEASE NOTE: All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear down time, so please include that in your reservation. If you’re interested in multi-day event, please note an additional fee may be charged for displacement. *We also require an insurance policy in the homeowners name and a $1000 deposit to be paid on check in which will be returned within 3 business days if the property suffers no damages. FILMING, PHOTO SHOOTS @ EVENTS -- Please be up front with what you're looking to do, and we'll be happy to work with you to make your event is a success! If you are interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music videos or advertising campaigns, please contact us through the message center to discuss details, pricing and availability. Please include the following: *Total number of people *Desired date(s) *Exact hours you will need (ie. 7am-7pm) including load-in/load-out, setup and tear-down *Equipment & lighting specs SCOUTING-- We are happy to accommodate initial location scouts provided the rate and hourly minimum are met for the reservation date. We will only accommodate (1) scout prior to a booking reservation being made. Additional tech/Director Scouts will only be permitted once the booking has been accepted. All scouts are subject to availability, and we will not accommodate scouts during other guests' reservations/productions, so please don't ask. :) OVERTIME-- If you go over your booking time, you will be charged time & 1/2. We're happy to offer a 20-min grace period for load-out, but do not allow early arrivals. PARKING-- We recommend parking on Main street, there is also a paid parking on electric and broadway available all day, which is a flat $7 daily rate. If you need to load large or heavy equipment, please contact us via message, and we’ll be happy to explain the simple and convenient loading instructions. NO SMOKING-- This building is a 100% SMOKE-FREE ZONE, including both private and communal areas and the unit itself. ALLEY ACCESS-- Parking in the alley is strictly prohibited and will result in towing, citation and removal from the property. NOISE -- We have a zero-tolerance policy with noise complaints. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Curfew is from 10 PM to 8 AM. So loud night time parties can not be accommodated. DAMAGE -- Accidents happen, but we do require that all guests inform us if anything is damaged during their use. A walk-through is required before and after all bookings. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. The homeowner requires proof on insurance with his name printed on it. ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES -- The use or involvement of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in eviction from the property and may result in law enforcement participation.
