You are able to use the first 3 open spots in front of our studio. There is extra parking in the back of the facility that is open for parking. Do not park in front of any other tenants' roll up garage door as you may be towed.

No Natural Light comes into our warehouse studio. The space does come with (2) Standard Florescent Lights in a Softbox as well as (4) Standard LED Floor Lights, stingers, c-stands, and floppy's.

We are in a Business Park with other surrounding businesses and warehouses. We sound proofed our space the best we can with base traps, and foam core. We highly suggest though to always to use LAV mics to get the best audio or shoot on weekends when there is less traffic is sound is important!

Cancellations & Overtime Use Peer Space Policy Studio Cleanliness & Damage: A walk through with studio manager will take place before and after shoot. All trash must be picked up and thrown away. The client is responsible to returning the studio to the same condition as it was at the beginning of their rental. Anything Damaged or stolen from renter will be discussed using Peerspace Policies. It is $350 to repaint the white floors if request before shoot. It is required to have clean shoes and any equipment needs to have pads underneath and shoe booties will need to be worn on cyc walls. ** There are also optional Additional charges under Amenities in relation to additional Lighting, Video Equipment, and Production staff. ** Very Important: Leaving our cyc wall and studio the same as you arrived is imperative! We take a photo of the studio before and after to make sure things are put away and the cyc floors aren’t destroyed. We provide shoe booties as well as explain to renters how to maintain the white floors. Normal wear is fine, but if left a mess where we can’t rent it without a repaint we will let the before and after photos make that call. Repaint fees are $350. Client will also need to sign upon arrival an agreement discussing this to acknowledge they agreed to these rules. Basically treat the space as if it was your own studio and we are good! Booking Time and Overtime: Be sure to book the proper number of hours you think you'll need the studio, there is no refund for time not used. These rules are only in place to make sure that one booking doesn't run into another client booking and so we have time to clean or paint the studio prior to the next shoot. If additional hours are need past your booking time, you will be billed overtime at an hourly rate of $142.50/hr. New hour starts 10 minutes in. You can only book in Full hours and not minutes. Setup, The Shoot, Breakdown, and Cleanup Time need to happen within your booking time! Time starts at booking time, if your late you lose the time. The $95/hr rate is between hours of 8am-6pm. If you are doing a half day shoot make sure you choose a morning or afternoon call time. Anything past those hours are considered overtime and charged the overtime rate! Nothing can be removed from the building but you can move things around however you need for your shoot. Most things on casters already.
