About the Space
The facility is located on 13 acres of desert with scenic view on the national park of Joshua tree in a very private area easily accessible and located in a very convenient area close to highway and local amenities. It is an art project founded by Italian artist Alessandro Giuliano for inspiration and creativity. It has been already featured in several movies, videos and shootings that have been produced on site. It has a magic vibe and a powerful energy that inspire while allowing the space and privacy for any kind of special event . The place is versatile and can be used in different ways. Style and comfort are the main caratteristics of our venue that can be described as an Oasis in the desert with a pool, bar, restaurant, wifi, 6 lodging units and a vintage yacht installed on the crest of a hill with unique view on a dry ocean.

As a total off grid amenity in the desert we pay a lot of attention to the environment to preserve the beauty of the area and respect the nature. Fires are not allowed when it's windy to prevent the risk of spreading it in the the delicate and dry vegetation. We encourage accurate trash policy and recycling to avoid impact on the surrounding environment . Catering can be arranged for crews that need to focus on their goal , Mediterranean cuisine is the style of our main chef. Anything you can dream can be accomplished here if it is respectful and fun. Since we produce our power and water we try hard to not waste them and invite our guest to pay attention on these topics .

Alessandro is such a gracious and amazing host. Loved the location and loved the hospitality. Would definitely return
