3 bed, 2 bath house with a recording studio, full size pool, 2 car garage, bar, laundry room, living room, and den. Located on a quiet street with plenty of parking, this space is perfect for photo or film shoots. The garage has a car lift, so it's also a good option for a car show. I rent gear such as Epic Dragon, ronin, led lighting kit, etc. These items are not included in the hourly rate, so please inquire.
Must leave space as it was found. No smoking in house If you move furniture, please move it back or ask.

Cassius, the host, was amazing, professional and had knowledge of production that assisted in thinking ahead for preparing of the location..the location was perfect for the 50's - 60's vibe for the music video, awesome . That was the exact vintage look we were going for. There was furniture, fixtures and awesome pieces brought that time frame back to today. I was very happy and would defiantly book this location again.
