NUMBER OF GUESTS/PRICING:
Due to the current Pandemic, we are very strict with the headcount. Guest pricing is based on total guests throughout the entire day as all guests are required to fill out a COVID-19 form. Please note that if on the day of your shoot, there are more Guests then what was discussed/approved, the shoot may be terminated and/or there will be a charge of $25 per hour per person, so please make sure we are all on the same page in advance.
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE) REQUIRED:
All Individuals entering our Home Must Wear a Mask. You are required to bring your own Masks and Hand Sanitizer. Gloves are at your discretion. Anyone who does not follow this rule will be immediately removed and all production will be stopped until the person has left. If there are any individuals who cannot for a Covered reason (Medical, Impairment, etc) we have to be informed of this in advance to make a determination on how to proceed. Please understand that this is for everyone's safety. Please note, if COVID-19 Protocols are not followed, the shoot will be terminated with no refund.
CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) FORMS:
All Individuals will be required to read, sign and comply with all of the requirements on this form prior to entering the home. This form will be emailed to you ahead of time, so you have the opportunity to review and ask any questions ahead of time. Anyone who does not have a signed form will not be allowed to enter.
DEPOSIT REQUIRED:
There is a required deposit of $2,000. Please have this ready on the day of the shoot to give to the host prior to starting your shoot. Depending on the number of guests, areas used, etc. the deposit may be held for up to 48 hours in order to complete a thorough walk through. As you can see by our reviews, we are very fair.
ADDITIONAL INSURANCE:
Guests must provide additional insurance of 1 million dollars and list host as additional insured. (**If you do not know where to look, Peerspace offers https://www.theeventhelper.com/partner/Peerspace)
VALID PERMIT REQUIRED (If applicable):
Obtaining the permit is your responsibility, and if your production is shut down by the City or any fines assessed, we are not responsible, and there will not be a refund for unused time unfortunately.
UPSTAIRS/WHITE CARPET:
Upstairs - Only the Master Bedroom including Master Bath (pictured) and Hallway are available. As we have white carpets, we require all guests to remove their shoes and/or booties/shoe covers must be worn to protect the carpet. For larger productions we require plastic wrapping. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
ROOF ACCESS:
Roof access is not allowed, please let us know if you have any questions or concerns prior to submitting a request.
SUPPLIES:
We kindly ask that you please bring all of your own supplies (Paper plates, plastic silverware, cups, trash bags, etc.) and any Props (Towels, Bedding etc.) that you plan on using in your shoot.
BATHTUB USE:
Please note, only water may be used in the bathtub and no flowers may be placed in the tub due to previous shoots causing the drain to be clogged. You may use certain props, such as certain floating decorations, as long as they are presented and approved in advance.
FOOD & DRINK SET UP/AREAS:
Due to the Coronavirus, our requirements have been updated. All Food and Drinks must be consumed Outside in the Backyard. We apologize, but Kitchen Appliances may not be utilized.
STRICT NO SMOKING/VAPES/DRUGS/OR ALCOHOL RULE:
No smoking, vapes, drugs or alcohol allowed. **If this rule is violated there will be a $500 Penalty Fee per incident with the possibility of the shoot being terminated.
SETUP & CLEANING TIME:
Setup and cleanup time must be within your hours booked. Your end time is considered when the last person leaves our home. If this extends past your booking time, you will be charged overtime accordingly.
OVERTIME:
If you believe you may go over the booked time, we kindly ask for a projected timeline. Overtime is calculated at 1.5 hours, and is billed in 30 minute Increments.
MOVING FURNITURE:
All moving of furniture requests must be made and approved prior to your shoot. Unfortunately due to past shoots damaging our very expensive furniture, some larger/expensive items may not be moved. So please be very specific as to what item(s) you would like to move and where you would like to move them too in your request. All furniture that was approved to be moved, must be returned in same manner.
USE OF SPACE ONLY PERMITTED FOR BOOKED GUEST (NO PERSONAL SIDE SHOOTS):
The space is rented out by the individual booking the shoot. For everyone's safety and to protect our home, personal side shoots (such as video or photos for social media etc) are not permitted.
TRASH:
Trash must be taken out at the end of your booking, and 1 bag may be placed in the outdoor bins. If there is more than one bag, we ask you to please take the remaining trash with you. Raccoons love left over trash, our neighbors do not.
PET POLICY:
No pets allowed (*If part of the production, please inquire for additional pricing/deposit)
NOISE:
Please keep music at a moderate level, and mind our neighbors.
PARKING:
Please do not park in front of the Neighbors House, they will have your car ticketed and towed. Parking is limited to our driveway and Two - Three additional spots directly in front of our house. If you require additional parking, please ask in advance or check with the Site Rep the day of your shoot for further instruction.
ELECTRICITY:
Must use Generator, or battery pack when using high energy consuming equipment, otherwise there will be an Electricity Fee.
CLEANING:
We will clean and disinfect the home prior to your shoot, and kindly ask that you please leave our Home in the condition that it was when you arrived.
SITE REP:
For shoots with 15 people or less, the host will act as a Site Rep.
For shoots with 16 or more people, there will be a Site Rep Fee of $25 per hour.
**Depending on the number of hours, this fee may be discounted, please inquire at the time of booking.
**DAMAGE/DISHONESTY FEE:
We understand accidents happen, and require all guests to immediately notify us if anything is damaged. We will conduct a walk-through prior to and at the completion of the booking. If an item is damaged and not reported immediately, or there is an attempt to conceal the damage, we will charge a $5,000 dishonesty fee in addition to the cost of replacement or repair to the damaged item. This fee is per item. We are honest and understanding people, and implement this fee only to encourage honesty.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Please note that by submitting a booking you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the host and all affiliates from any and all liabilities, claims, damages, costs, expenses, and lawsuits.
**Additionally, we are not responsible for your equipment if a multiple night booking is approved and we allow your equipment to remain on the premises.
TERMINATION OF SHOOT/PRODUCTION:
As a last resort, if any of the rules are not followed, we will bring the matter to your attention, and if the rules are still not adhered too, we reserve the right to terminate your shoot immediately without any refunds.
