Large design studio loft run by artist and interior/prop stylist. 1800sf flex space featuring exposed brick walls, hand-painted details, and original (cleared) artwork. 10' ceilings, concrete floors, large windows, full kitchen and bath. Long marble conference/dining table, huge flat screen monitor, and comfy furniture. 2 free all-day designated parking spots. Freight elevator and loading dock. Tons of amenities make it perfect for photoshoots, workshops, presentations, off-sites, and retreats. ** Please include a brief description of your intended activities when inquiring about availability **

Sarah was so lovely and helpful. This space is BEAUTIFUL - perfect for photoshoots! Her collection is eclectic and there are so many good spots for vignettes! Would definitely book again!

Sawmill Studio is a gem event space. I rented it for a women's Salon and it was the perfect spacious, special, cozy space we needed. Love love love it.
