There are electrical outlets and great lighting inside and outside. In addition to an oversized green backyard, there is a beautiful front yard and smooth gray stucco on the exterior of the house. The space has a lot of natural light during the day, and ambient lighting outside in the evening. There is a large, open main room with a dining room table and custom fireplace (plenty of room for cameras and lighting). There is other furniture as well that you can use and rearrange to your liking. This home has many amenities including newly remodeled bathrooms for you to use. The outdoor space is amazing.
