Your all-in-one event location for any of your Private Parties, Corporate Meetings, Off-Site Events, Team Meetings, Workshops, and presentations, or just to catch up with friends. This is a unique event space in the heart of Pike Place Market in Seattle. We are in the center of the downtown hub, and our space of 2500 sq ft is located in Post Alley. It is perfect for birthdays, receptions, intimate weddings, happy hour meet-ups, retirement parties, baby showers, and any other special event you want your guests to never forget! FEATURES: • Large lounge area • Game room for video games or board games • Karaoke machines • Art galler • Billiards table • Dartboard • 1 onsite staff included for support The venue has a karaoke station included with high-quality visuals and mics, not to mention a large-scale selection of songs to pick from varying from Classic English/Chinese to the latest Korean Pop. The moment you walk in, you'll see the Pop-style art on the walls, the glowing chairs, and the lifesize Lego decorations. The Karaoke lounge in front doubles as an impromptu dance floor and lets you sing and dance the night away. We have a room that is dedicated to gamers for video games or board games. We also have an open room in the back with more lounge area, a billiard table. There's plenty space for 30 people to hang out, have fun, and enjoy each other's company. We do not serve or sell alcoholic beverages. If you would like to have a drink in our studio, please refer to https://lcb.wa.gov/licensing/online-banquet-permit to obtain your banquet permit. We hosted a covid-safe surprise 40th Birthday party with 23 people - the space was the perfect size and set up for us to be spread about and to socialized without being cramped. The amenities like the billiards and video game station were really fun - there was also a photo machine that had a note on it with a rental price that we weren’t aware of before hand so we did not ask/arrange to use it - that would have been cool to have, we would have paid extra and used that, for sure. Our staff person on hand was very nice and helpful when asked for anything during our set up but mostly kept to themself at a desk in a tucked away area - which wasn’t a bad thing. The host, Frank, was extremely quick to respond and so helpful leading up to the event - very pleasant to work with, we felt very informed going into our event and he provided his phone number the day of and said to reach out if we needed anything at all. We also didn’t see any food or snacks for purchase like advertised but we also didn’t request any, we brought all our own but just a note to plan ahead or discuss with Frank/Staff if needed. Overall, a really great experience and would rent again!
